Competing in a District Baseball Championship, we planned a luncheon for after the game. I called in our order for 14 pizzas to be ready for pick up at 230pm, trying to predict the time our games would be over. Our final game ended at 1:00pm. I head to Dominos in Aztec and let them know we ended earlier than planned and we’re ready to start the order. The man politely said “we have the order to start cooking at 215pm but give me 30 mins”. Within 20 mins they had all 14 of my pizzas made and handed over! Extremely impressed and very grateful to feed our hungry District Champion 8u Baseball kids! Thank you!

Ordered two pizzas for carry out, the first one was fine, the second one tastes old ,dry and was partly burnt , I’ve worked for a pizza company in the past so I know what expired dough tastes like,we ended up throwing the second one away

Asked for contactless service. Got a rude delivery person. Had them once before. They forgot part of the order last time. So this time they held our over cooked pizza hostage. Till my wife signed a form! Total bs. Look at what they consider a slice. So sad.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Recurved text message that my order was ready, so I headed hungrily to pick up my order. I texted to let them know I was there, out my hazard lights on as instructed, and waited….and waited….for 20 minutes. I finally called them. They said that because I didn’t park in front of the store, they didn’t know I was there. I parked in the parking lot at the first available spot. Several delivery drivers noted my hazard lights. No compensation was given. The pizza was barely warm. The order was correct, and the employees were friendly enough. Just not impressed with customer service.
