We ordered an offer that included a 2-liter Coke with the meal. When we got there to pick up our meal, they said they were out of 2 liter cokes and replaced it with 2-20 oz bottles. 2 Liters = 67 oz. So we told the man that it should be replaced with at least 3 of them, and really 4 would’ve been a better compensation. The meal deal was obviously designed for a family of 4. (Everything could be evenly divided in 4). They refused to give us more than 2. Telling us we were getting the better deal. Seemed like Shel Silverstein math to me. 2 quarters is not better than 1 dollar. Less soda than what we paid for is not a better deal for me. Maybe for your business, but not for me as the customer. The cashier would not budge on the issue. Call before you order to make sure you will get what you pay for.

Tried to order 10 pizzas for a basketball team party at 10am this morning and got some guy who abviously is not named Jim, Jacob, or Josh like he said his name was, I question if he even lives in this country. Tried to have them delivered to a gym where the team party is that is less than 2 minutes away from the dominos store and have them delivered at 6:15. He didn’t know where the facility was and would not transfer me to the store so I could talk to somebody at the store who knows the area. I thought your local dominos was just that local. Guess not. They said they couldn’t do timed deliveries after I got to the end of the order and still wouldn’t transfer me to the store. I took my $175.00 in pizzas to

Your typical pizza joint. Pizza, hot subs, wings, salad, couple pasta selections and Pepsi products. Nothing spectacular about this particular location but it gets busy for it’s small hole in the wall. 3 dining tables with 6 chairs. For “hot” out of the oven, it doesn’t seem hot at all, no steam or bubbly cheese. Equivalent to fast food joints with pizza and pasta. Wings were the highlight, that’s steaming HOT!! Needs a bit more sauce though.

Pizzas need more tomato sauce, I don’t like my cookie brownie burnt, would like the staff to enter my rewards points to my account and stop being so lazy to do it. I’ve never encountered a Dominos where they don’t enter your rewards points for a free pizza and tell you to enter it yourself. Try to take baby steps on doing the right things for your customers.

We have always loved our local domino’s until today. Customer service was horrible. The order taker quoted us a special then when we stated we would like said special. She asked to put me on hold and we could hear her asking if the special was still available. She then said it was not. When we asked to speak to the manager he said he couldn’t give us said special. But we might be able to get it online and they would cover the delivery fees. When we did finally choose to try that they did not stand by their word of waving the delivery fees. I am very disappointed in the poor service.

I was very impressed with the quality of our pizzas. I am so picky, but my Bestie wanted pizza, so I took a chance on ordering from Domino’s. I am very happy I did. They were cooked perfectly, the distribution of toppings was awesome!!! The delivery was prompt, courteous and followed the directions to my house. I will continue to patronize this pizza joint again. Thank you for helping to make the ending of a great day!
