Staff is super rude. Even when I tip very generously for horrible service. The store can’t even notify the people ordering if there are complications. Delivery always takes 2 hours or more. SO when recovering from a procedure and unable to drive i decided to tolerate all of this but the company mismanages the location and the use of online ordering. As an ex-employee from YEARS ago, i know upper management can filter the order types coming in but they only prioritize making money because who cares about quality right(?). I would highly suggest getting food from anywhere BUT here.

The management and staff were very helpful and considerate. I especially appreciate how cooperative the staff were to get my order right and proper. I highly recommend this to anyone who is will to eat good quality pizza, My daughter got the Chicken pasta and she loved it. Cooked it perfectly. This is probably the best Dominos I have been to in a while. Thank you, Ingrid and Justin!

My experience with Los Alamos Domino’s over the last few years has been disappointing. Pick-up timing is always late, up to and including a 2 hr wait time. Customer service is what you would expect from a staff made up of high school students. We tried to give them another chance this weekend for a birthday party but had to cancel our $130 pizza order after learning they wouldn’t be able to make the requested pick-up time. Bottom line is you can’t trust Domino’s.

Ordered online for pickup in store. Midday on Sunday. Came in and saw a bunch of names and orders on the monitor. Not a single pizza in the oven or in prep. Asked when mine would get worked on…20minutes I’m told. Come back in 20min. Told it’ll be much later than that. Worker with purple hair and lip jewelry starts yelling at me she hasn’t had a break (yah right…remember no pizzas in the oven or in prep). Canceled my order to more yelling noises and walked out. If the owner put the effort into making pizzas that he puts into responding to bad reviews here, things would likely be better…but doesn’t seem like thats likely…

The store had friendly people and my experience was good. Only issue is that they don’t inform you once your order is ready. It’s your responsibility to go frequently and check the status of your order, if you order on-site. Busy guys!

I ordered 3 pizzas, waited over two hours, and then received 2pizzas, noone answers to make it right after 30mins on hold… Not the first time this has happened and always a disappointment. At this point someone making the pizza in Albuquerque and delivering it would be faster.

This place blows.. the only pizza in town! Placed an order for 4 pizzas, a salad and the cinnamon things at 1105 a.m. went to pick it up at 1230 pm it wasn’t ready. Wad told to come back in 15 minutes, went at 1 still not ready, told to come back twenty minutes later.. guess what not ready.. had I not ordered for a staff lunch.. would have canceled and demanded my money back. The children that were working didn’t care.. please do yourself a favor and order something else

None of the employees handling food were wearing gloves… Not sure if it’s standard for all domino’s pizza. Los Alamos doesn’t have many good options, but maybe stay away if you are worried about hygiene.

Was super busy one night and took over an hour past what they said but when i expressed this to them the manager checked me out and said “it’s on me for the wait.” Great service imo not their fault they were slammed on a busy weekend.

Been here twice with horrible service. The first time I went the 30 minute estimate turned into over and hour so I cancelled that order. The second time, which is when I’m writing this, the same thing. If you want “lunch” from here be sure to order first thing in the morning.
