Delivery was fast, however the driver who brought my pizza didn’t come prepared with napkins or any plates or crushed pepper. I was satisfied with the speedy delivery time but the pizza wasn’t as good without any crushed pepper and no napkins to wipe my face and hands. I had to use my own paper towels which I wasn’t planning on doing but oh well.

I’m always happy when I visit this location. It is our Friday routine to order pizza from Domino’s for the kids. The customer care the treatment I get when I am inside is top notch. They always greeting me with a friendly smile and a nice hello. I like that they I let me see the pizzas before I leave to assure that they were correctly made. I have a hard time when I call in to be honest because there’s a language barrier with their call centers, and they always mess it up. But that’s no fault of the store itself . I give it five stars all day.

I typically order from here and I’m always satisfied. The employees are awesome.. My issue today was after seeing the boneless wings for 8.99. These are way smaller than expected. Also, don’t get the Habanero sauce it tastes like sweet and sour sauce.

Car side delivery to handicapped spot was not even attempted because I accidentally hit wrong color on app. Endless discussion with so called manager. They even continued discussion after I contacted corporate. This staff needs training unless it is their goal to alienate customers.

If your going to have a policy. That you don’t take more than 20’s in your store. You should make it more visible than it already is. Everywhere it is in small print. And on the box it says drivers don’t except more than a 20. Which is reasonable. But your store has cash registers. You should accommodate the customer. Not make them go out of there way to get change. This experience ruined my opinion on dominos. It was very inconvenient. And also the pizza was bland and tasteless. Ordered many times before. And this experience will stick with me. Not happy at all

So, we were a bit concerned about ordering again from a dominoes, but you can’t judge them all on the one in ruidoso nm. The ordering was easy. The tracking worked great! This was probably the faster we have ever gotten a pizza. It was hot with generous toppings. The expensive delivery charge smarted some concerning how close the hotel is to the shop. But I guess that’s an auto fill kind of thing. I must say, my trust in dominoes has been renewed thank goodness.
