Loyalty rewards don’t work. It’s not a local issue but I was “rewarded” two free pizzas and charged the 6.99 each “deal” we all get. How is that 2 free pizzas? I always get that deal. When I call it seems you have no communication with your stores. Poor management. If you give rewards, people should be able to use them

We stopped ordering from then over a year ago because every single time there was either an issue with our order being wrong, or something missing, or the order taking forever. So last weekend we decided to give them another chance, and shocker, the order sat “being prepared” for over an hour, and when we called and asked about it we were told another 45 minute wait. So hubby cancelled the order and the young person on the other end never even apologized, or tried to explain the issue. Terrible customer service all the way around! We will NEVER order from them again. Disappointing. Cafe Rio and Pizza Hut will get our business.

This is the absolute worst dominoes we have ever been to. Ordered online for carry out and went to store but they told us they didn’t have our order, after we already paid for it. Our phone died so didn’t have receipt. We left and called back then they said they had it ready, after they already told us they didnt have an order under our name. When we came back, they made us wait forever, even though plenty of people were standing around. Several people were coming in with wrong orders and calling. Long line of people waiting to be helped and no one helping them. Someone even called and asked to speak to the manager but the manager literally told the employee they didn’t want to talk to them. Horrible service and management.

Worst dominos I’ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service and even worse delivery times. Consistently, order after order, this store is disappointing. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Photo is an hour and 15 minute delivery of a cold pizza, I live 3 miles from the store. Ridiculous, and it happens all the time.

We had a great experience with this domino’s in Ruidoso… The food in this town was really not good and we were so happy to see that they had a domino’s pizza store. We called and ordered pizza the gentleman who took the call let me know about coupons and saved me a few bucks. He also had it delivered promptly and Daniel was very professional when he delivered our hot, fresh delicious pizzas! The people here seem to really care about our experience and made us feel appreciated as customers. It was the food highlight of our trip! Thank you!
