This place is horrible and the management is trash. I ordered a pizza and left it for my kids to start eating I notice the pizza is extremely overcooked. I called the store to get a new pizza remade and the store sent it out. The driver took extremely long to get back and when he got there he said that the manager told him not to give me the pizza if more than one slice is eaten. I told him the story and he didn’t care and left. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my service and if I could go lower than 1 star I would.

Service terrible. I am vegetarian and always order NO Cheese and veggie only. Cheese costs $2.00 they said so why can’t they give me $2.00 in extra veggies? The pizzas was rediculous. All other Pizza places will do this. The counter person was no help. Then I asked for parm chees packets for my wife and red chilly flakes and they were out of both. What? Pizza restaurant with no packets. Very bad management. Third time this happened. Don’t go here go to other places.

This is the best Dominos. I really like that they still deliver with their own drivers! The food is always fresh and hot and good. The staff is friendly and they work really hard. The Italian subs are delicious! But their Pizzas must be the worst Pies I have ever tasted in Henderson Nevada. To be honest “Dominos” has never been my go-to place for Pizza here on the West Coast. Mid-West Domino’s taste completely different as if they’re using different ingredients. Nevertheless, being a glutton for punishment I decided to give them another try. I recently ordered the 14-inch Thin Pizza Pepperoni with an Italian Sandwich. The Pizza tasted as if they used Ragu Pizza Sauce, Cheap Pepperonis, Old Fermented Cheese, and threw it all on some cardboard like dough and put it in the oven. It reminds me of High School Pizza, which might be a grade above this concoction in taste. Admittedly, the sauce on Domino’s Pizza was the worst with a funky smell and very bitter after taste. Trust me when I say it. “This sauce dries up on the Pizza quicker than Crazy glue on plastic.” Once again, let me reiterate, if you like a good Italian baked Sub. Check them out! Pizzas, a no, no! I have had better ones out the box filled with a thousand preservatives I cannot pronounce from the frozen section of the supermarket. Domino’s you need to do better! In taste and preparation of your signature product.

I make huge pizza orders here multiple times a year for our Kids program at Hope Church Henderson. This store is amazing and always has my order ready and on time. One time there was a mistake that I made on the order and they helped me fix it and delivered replacement pizzas fast even though it was my fault at no charge. Thank you for amazing service!

Ordered online at 10:20 in the morning. Website said 20-30 minutes. I waited 50 minutes before I called. The Manager, Amber, never apologized and gave me excuse after excuse. She was the only one there, there was only one driver, she had 30 pizza orders. Really? In 20 minutes you got 30 pizza orders? I don’t think so. She was rude and dismissive, never said she was sorry so I complained to corporate. Their response was to leave a voicemail, never left their name (convenient) and told me to call Paula to get 2 free medium pizzas. First off, I have no idea who Paula is. Second, I don’t want anymore food from this location. I want a refund. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Waste of $26.

Used the coupon and paid through the app! The Tracker show the progress of my order. The Staff was busy working but greeted me as I walked in and asked my name. I was impressed they were all concentrating on their tasks. No chit chat. As soon as my pizza was done it was handed to me! Perfect and Hot! Great experience!

The older lady who is a manger is awful!! I had not seen someone yell at customers and her own employees like this before. I felt so bad for the delivery drivers who have to put up with her. She was also refusing to help customers. My pizza was burnt. I wish I would of noticed before getting home, I would ask for my money back. I’d rather go order from MetroPizza for service and quality.
