Who ever the he’ll this franchise owner is of this location? Needs to go ahead and literally get out of it. Has to be the biggest embarrassment to dominos franchises and the corp itself. They always have excuses with drivers cooks? Ordered a pizza from them for delivery around 10:00PM. Got a call from a manager after several attempts of calling going in to the high 11s in the pm? Stating that they have to cancel the order. The driver did not return to the facility. In my opinion? They have GPS on their drivers? it’s simple. Driver was told to go home and orders could not be fulfilled by this establishment. So let’s blame it on the driver? What’s frustrating is? they played around with this at those hours to where all other pizza franchises closed for delivery? One driver we was told on a busy Father’s day. This owner / manager decided to take this risk to have one driver for one of the busiest delivery days. could see if they decided to play it normal and say one simple word? carry out only!! But don’t screw customers over at that specific gap of time while other places are closing for the night. dominos is good. But this franchise owner of this location is a poor excuse for a business person. And as a Share holder with dominos I will take this up with executive

Great customer service! James was really nice and called us after we placed our order to inform us that they were out of spinach for the spinach pizza. He said we can still get the pizza along with credit for 2 pizzas in the future, and he was helpful when we asked how to use the credit later on.

H O R R I B L E!!!!!!!!!! made my order online at 7:30 pm I activated the messages to find out how my order was going, an hour had passed and I called the number that appeared on my ticket (which in fact is the same that appears in all stores) and there they take orders, they don’t even have a customer service or complaint number.

I ordered on a weekday evening. They delivered to my hotel, apologized and threw in something extra for the wait (which wasn’t necessary but appreciated). Two thumbs up for their customer service. As far as the food was concerned, it’s Domino’s.
