Ordered a pizza and after an hour it still hasn’t arrive. Once I called they told me to wait another 15 minutes even though I live 5 minutes away! Had to cancel the order since it was already taking too long.

Excellent work!!! Got the 2 pizza 2 topping for $6.99 ea. managers special. Only took 15 minutes on carry out. I stood outside by choice and when it was ready the manager (assumed) walked the pizzas out to me. He even knew to call me Tony though I didn’t recall telling him my name. Quality was Dominoes good. Clearly these were fresh made and not reheated. I don’t usually give five stars to pizza at all but they earned it.

Cashier takes my order, I paid cash. He handled the bills, coins, using the mouse and keyboard, then he goes to the back and makes pizzas without washing his hand or using gloves. Another customer comes in and he repeats the cycle. Then the lady making pizzas also comes to the front and open the register to handle cash with her bare hands and also uses the mouse, keyboard that previously the other guy had just used. You can tell this is a normal occurrence because the keyboard and mouse have pizza all over from constant use.

This is my go to dominoes but lately between them getting my order wrong to the attitude from the male manager today. This not going to be my dominoes no more. Very disgusted I have to wait for my refund 3-5 days on tops of giving them that dry pizza back I always get the same pizza same way .

The pizzas have gotten slow the guy at counter was amazing my cuzn ended tipping him a few days ago when I order 8 pizzas they were pretty fast not as clean as I wish they would be but hey they are holding it down and keeping the doors open so in that case they get 10 stars for showing up and everything was fresh and amazing so thanks ya I just wish they would have added it to my account to get my points @nuyoucare

I did the order online, the page told me that is going to take 25 min, the order was a one medium pepperoni & mushrooms, one medium Philly and green peppers & cheese bread, after 35 min the page told me that my order was ready I got in to the store and was nobody at the front desk, after about 5 min a girl came to me and she check for my order but this was no ready, I waited for about another 10 min, finally another girl give my order ( she never show me the pizzas, since my family was hungry waiting at home I don’t checked my order) the store start to be with lines to pick up and order, when I got home and open the boxes the pizzas was wrong, I stead to have pepperoni & mushrooms I got pepperoni and pineapple, instead to Philly and green peppers I got Philly with jalapenos on half and the other half was Philly and pepper chinos, as well the pizzas was ugly, I returned to store to get the right pizzas but the waiting time was over one hour, bad service, ugly food !! Domino’s is no more what they used to be!

Called at 1130 to order. 45 minutes later, I was told it was delivered, which it wasn’t. Was told they would reattempt. Waited another 45 minutes to constantly be put on hold. Spoke with Jason there. Do not order. Complete waste of time, lack of professionalism, inept service.
