Wow! T&V made our night! The pepperoni and beef pizza was perfectly cooked! V delivered it quickly and it was hot! We just moved to Nevada and after the nightmare deliveries from Uber I’m happy we found a restaurant that we can order from and the employees deliver it. If a delivery company had delivered it I don’t think it would’ve been the enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Ordered from them 3 times, and two times they messed up. First time, they did not come out with my order within the 2 minute window for carside delivery. The last time was the same. Not only did it take about 45 minutes for my order to be ready just for a pizza and a pasta order but they also didn’t make it out within the 2 minute window. And I waited in my car for 5 more minutes when someone finally came out to tell me that my pasta fell out in the oven so it’ll be 6 more minutes. When I got home finally, opened the box of pizza, and a slice or two didn’t even have sauce or cheese. Was not evenly distributed. It was a disappointment.

A bit shocked about what happened with our order tonight. My husband and 2 year old went to pickup our order, got there a bit early and waited inside the store for it to be finished. Checked a few times on our order with the workers, they were behind. Okay fine, stuff happens. Finally nearly 30 mins after our order was supposed to be done, my husband checks in again and she says sorry we just accidentally gave it to that car! She runs out and asks for it back before that car leaves and tries to give it to my husband! He’s like um no, that was IN their car and opened! Im sure that’s some kind of health violation. The worker said she could make him another one, but it would be at least another hour! She wouldn’t make an immediate fix to her mistake. He ended up canceling the order and wasting an hour and a half of our night. Who thinks it’s ok to take an opened pizza from someone’s car and give it to another person? We won’t be ordering here again, who knows what kind of sanitary procedure they follow. I understand mistakes happen, but maybe just say sorry and offer to correct them.

I’ve used this location a couple times and it seems each time there’s some kind of problem. 1st time I ordered they said it delivered but never to my house. I called in the manager said he would resend the order and include a desert for the inconvenience. I received the 2nd order, no desert as promised. Which was whatever, not a big deal. At least we got the order this time. It was really cold when we received it. I didn’t call or say anything just figured it was a fluke. Until I saw they’re delivering pizzas on a bicycle no wonder my food was cold. My kid happens to love domino’s so we try it for the 3rd time and I spent close to 70 bucks with tip and my pizza literally had no cheese on it. Didn’t even bother calling at this point. I dont need a promise from the manager that they can’t keep . Third time was the charm ill stick to my papa johns

For some reason this location can not spread 3 ingredients equally. I ask can you please spread the ingredients evenly because onetime I got a pineapple pizza. He said to me he would do it himself. Lastweek I heard theose words from the GM and pizza was perfect. I wish this time was the same. I have 2 ingredients on all the slices, but I want all 3.

I have never had an order come in a reasonable amount of time from this store. I really wish we still lived closer to the Cimarron location. They always were much more efficient. I wish Dominoes corporate would realize how bad of a blight this store puts on the chain as a whole. Tonight was almost 2 hours.

Two separate orders on two different occasions have provided the same results. Very poor customer service, waiting way longer than expected for our order to be delivered and the lack of ingredients really demonstrates how much corner cutting this location does. Horrible management, lack of quality controls and training. We permanently use Pizza Hut on Hualapai now going forward for a much better experience and quality.
