Excellent customer experience. We ordered 20 pizzas for our football team along with drinks. We were greeted with smiles upon entering. The employees had the drinks boxed up, with plates and napkins. Pizzas were fresh, ready to go! They helped bring the pizzas out to our car, held the door open for us. Thank you!

I went to Domino’s on Longley lane in Reno NV on August 13th at 12:30 PM and both the staff were very helpful pleasant and offered friendly outstanding customer service. The food was perfect! All workers should strive to be like these two I will definitely return!

There are two Domino’s that are closer to my house but I prefer to order from Joe and Josh at the Longley store. First time ordering from this location as we usually order from the Dominos in Las Vegas, but this store definitely makes phenomenal pies. The toppings were definitely generous and tasted great with not too much oil. The employee asked us if we needed extra items which was a nice change from the LV locations that never asked that. Oh and they have a drive-through window for pickup.

I have only ever ordered delivery from this location, that said my order has always at least been on time but is usually here faster than they say! Quality is good, and food is always HOT. Drivers are also very respectful and quiet when they drive in my neighborhood, which I greatly appreciate.

Made it so incredibly hard to order that I had to go somewhere else. Called first, call was answered and put back on hold twice without ordering. I finally was able to give them my order, but when I arrived, it didn’t go through. Tried ordering in person, but the man at the counter couldn’t understand what I wanted and kept suggesting items I didn’t want. Went to No. McCarran and had no issues ordering whatsoever.

I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them zero. I went into the store to grab pizzas that were supposed to be ready, but waited for another 45 minutes at least. The workers ignored us while we waited, but then got annoyed when we were upset. Although there was this one guy worker there, and he was very sweet. It seemed like he was the only one trying to help. But, there was this one lady who was absolutely ridiculous. I’m assuming she is a manager. She was completely ignoring everyone, and glared at us after we called the store.

Placed an order to be picked up at 8:30. Order was not started until after 9:00. I’ll be getting my pizza somewhere else from now on and I recommend you do the same.
