Absolutely horrible! Ordered four items online. Went into store, was told another twenty min to wait. Paid for my order, cashier can not count money. Gave me the wrong change twice. Got to work with my order to find it was completely wrong. Called store and asked for a manager. Was told she was manager. Explained situation. She then puts me on hold to talk to the actual manager! Was told they can send me a coupon for a sandwich. It will be in the mail in two to three weeks. Horrible horrible horrible. Now I have wasted my money and do not get to eat lunch. Thanks for the fantastic customer service. Will never be back, and any more corporate orders through my company will be with a different company

Came in earlier tonight with my bf ,we ordered a pepperoni pizza,took them a while to make it. Messed up the first pizza ,went back they made another one and decided to put extra cheese on it . They were def all over the place,unorganized, messed other customers order up to. Like hella workers in there and all being lost. Ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional! They gave away my pizzas not away once by accident but TWICE! No management in there what so ever. I wasted over an hour of my time waiting for my pizzas. I get it was busy but checking for confirmation of the order only takes 5 seconds. Thank you for wasting my time for pizza I didn’t want anymore.

Pizza was late so I called the store. She was nice but accidentally hung up on me. Pizza finally arrived an hour late. It was room temperature. Giving 2 stars because the driver was nice. Otherwise it would be best to pick up rather than delivery.

I’ve lost all faith. I’ve received more “we let you down” emails than I can count. Every order takes an hour and a half minimum, and it’s generally not hot by the time it’s delivered. This last order was marked delivered about 20 minutes before it was actually delivered. Staff is unapologetic and apathetic.

Not positive if this review is exclusive to the Reno NV Stead Blvd location, but either way. Someone come save this store. They can’t ever get orders out the door in a timely manner. Constantly doling out free pizzas on the app because “that delivery isn’t what it should’ve been.” Not sure if understaffed, or just incompetent. Figuring it’s the first, quality of the food is always great. Send them good help, they need it.
