I just ordered pizza for my kids the pizza was not cooked all the way through it still was doughy you’re not supposed to eat though it’s my fault I did not check my kids food like I usually do but when I call to explain the issue to the manager he said it was nothing that they can do but give me 20% on my next order of pizza. This is completely insane 20% on my next order really I understand that the pizza got eaten and everything but you need to fix the issue he don’t want to fix the issue I just hope and pray that my kids do not end up sick.

Pizza is decent, but delivery process often results in pizza sitting for 30+ minutes being ‘quality checked’. I can only surmise that ‘quality check’ really means ‘sitting under heatlamp waiting for a delivery driver’.

$5.49 delivery fee. I dont mind tipping the driver, but I am not paying a $5.49 delivery fee that’s just going to go into the greedy owners pocket. Cancel my order when I saw that. Hopefully other people see this review and do the same.

I didn’t revive my food and I called twice the day of, no one answered. I called twice the next day someone answered and he proceeded to say call back in 15 mins, I’ve called 5 times since waiting the 15 mins and someone answered and said there’s nothing he can do about it right now and that his supervisor would be there in the morning. i spent 69 dollars for no reason

I placed an order online for delivery. Placed order and paid. A few minutes later, I had my son check tracker. It said order had been cancelled. I called the store and asked why my order was cancelled. He said because, “I didnt answer my phone.” What does not answering my phone have to do with cancelling my order? Oh. Well we cant deliver until after 6:30 PM. Mind you, it is 2:30 PM. I asked why they didnt leave a message, so i could pick it up. He said, “it isnt our policy.” So customer service is no longer Dominos policy? Good to know. I will no longer use your services.

Manager Jorge was very apologetic for the 3 hour wait for the delivery of our dinner. I placed an order 6:53pm and got the delivery passed 10pm. Though you will think it’s disappointing, I truly understand how short staffed every business establishments are. When I called and followed up, he was very polite and explained the situation. Ordered one topping pizza and wings delivered. Warm pizza, hard to find one item. Got breadsticks instead of wings which I gave back to driver. So 5.00 delivery + tip for total of 23.00+ for a medium poor pizza. Voucher pending. Never again.

The staff was super friendly. The pizza was okay. Toppings were super skimpy. Ordered a extreme pepperoni and it has less on it then just a regular pepperoni pizza. Our made to order was wrong. I understand that short staffed and super busy puts them in a rush but quality should be a priority.
