Called trying to get a delivery to our house, which we have had before, but the person helping us refused to listen and proceeded to tell me I’ve never been delivered to and that they wouldn’t deliver to our home. I’m fine if rules and delivery boundaries changed, but I couldn’t even get to that point because she was so short with me. She was so unprofessional that I decided to take my business elsewhere and will probably continue to do so.

So I use to work for another dominoes in oregon and i get that some are franchise but the quality at this one is terrible. The first time i ordered a pizza from them it was a large mushroom and salamie pizza. It showed up with 3 pieces of salamie on it and maybe 4 mushrooms. Basically a cheese pizza with some mushroom and salamie zest. Also hardly any sauce. So i chocked it up to a fluke and ordered again last night. Same pizza just extra everything. Again it showed up with hardly any toppings and hardly any sauce. This is rediculous. I wont be ordering from this dominoes again. I will be going to the one in elko from now on.

We’ve tried to place orders both over the phone and online on several separate occasions. The online service has been down for quite some time. While it has become obvious they are dodging calls to avoid working. As a person that has worked in customer service and fast food I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. It’s not an easy job but builds character if run correctly. Yet this establishment has to be one of the worst I’ve come across. I’d be one thing if the food was bad but honestly, good luck even placing an order or even talking to a human being. If dominoes wants to have a stake in this town (which it should) finding new management should be of top priority. Seriously, I have never experienced such an unprofessional set of circumstances. They quite frankly don’t even provide service.

Tonight we ordered our usual through the app. Our wait time was an hour. Once we got there we had to wait another 40 min then once we went inside what we experienced was extremely unprofessional and chaotic mess. While the manager was yelling at her employees in front of all of the customers and customers for the other business that shares the buildings, there were other customers that had been waiting 2hrs for their food. As one customer explained that he needed to eat soon because of his diabetes, the manager tells him “you will just have to wait”. After a couple minute conversation between the two he said “fine cancel my order” and her reply was “fine I didn’t want to serve you anyway!” Then she proceeds to tell an employee that was trying to make pizzas to stop doing her job and to clock out. As he is in the process of clocking out she tells him if he doesn’t leave now she will call the police. During this whole time our order was sitting there. We finally got our order. Once we got home 5 minutes later two of the pizzas were cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. We usually have a good experience with this dominos. That manager should not be a manager any longer. She was so abusive and unprofessional.

Called and asked to speak with a manager because my pizza was delivered cold, an hour after the tracker said it was checked for perfection,and my chicken was cold, dry, AND, hard. Was told by an employee that the were really busy “like every night at that time.” That I couldn’t talk to the manager because they were too busy. Then after trying to talk to the employee about speaking with the manager they said “fine go ahead” and hung up on me.
