Im giving them a 2 ONLY because the handmade pan is a pretty dang good pizza… This location though is TERRIBLE. They’ve messed up my order 80% of the time. Wrong crust, or no sauce side, or its cold. I live THREE BLOCKS away! Why is my pizza cold? The last straw was them not even delivering my pizzas and saying they did. I waited an hour and a half, watching the tracker, wondering what was taking so long, then the tracker said delivered but no one had even driver by! And they were closed so I couldn’t call to ask what happened. The manager didn’t even apologize when I called the next day. They offered a refund. Well OF COURSE you’re giving me a refund. You didn’t deliver my pizza! Never using this location again.

This location specifically, has 90% of the time gotten my order wrong, or been extremely late when delivering. I ordered 32 Buffalo wings last time. They gave me 22 and no sauce was on the wings. I have waited 3 hours before for a delivery. I ordered at 6 and didn’t get my food till almost 10pm. My kids bedtime is at 8:30pm. So we had to change plans for dinner and the management did nothing to correct the issue. I also always get issues when picking up the food myself. My wife orders online and ill pick up the food. They have not let me before because it was not her picking up or I didnt have the card she used, even though my id says the address and I could show them the purchase receipt from my bank statement. Worst dominos I’ve been too. Only reason I go here is its a 4 min walk from my house. But I often go to further dominos just because this one is such a headache

They take too long to take your order. They don’t work fast or together to get orders out. They don’t keep track of the orders and have to ask costumers what they ordered. The people at the front can’t even take an order it take 2-3 people to take the order and a lady is fixing her hair and picking her nose while folding the boxes where they put the pizzas in.

When encountering a discrepancy, personal at this store location; employee Daisy rudely attended my call. Also two months ago had a phone discussion with the delivery driver stating that he was not able to deliver my order due to apartment complex where I requested the delivery has hard time finding parking. Corporate needs to be more efficient on selecting employees.

Ordered from this location online never had a problem before with delivery but today i placed an order online looked at the tracker and it said it was delivered but I never received the pizza, after a 2hrs plus wait I called and they told me to wait another 5 to 10 min. After waiting 30 min I called again and they couldn’t give me reason why it never got delivered until I spoke with the manager daisy and told me the driver called and knock but there was no call or knock. Since the driver said she allegedly called and knocked but no one answered they had to cancel my order.
