Horrible store. Worst customer service ever!!!! I don’t know what idiots they decided to hire here who can’t seem to get a simple order of BREAD correct. This is the third time I have ordered a jalapeño bacon cheese bread and have received a FETA SPINACH bread. How incompetent Can your workers AND manager MARCO be. Check your orders before they leave. Make sure they’re correct. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER. this location seems to shut off their phones until closing and the only way you can ever order is online. If your order is wrong there’s no way of getting ahold of the store or anyone. Thank you Mohammed the driver too for being completely useless, I asked him if i could have the manager call me to see what they could do and got no response. useless everywhere.

If I could give 0 stares I would. I ordered one thin crust pizza. When it arrived, it was flipped all on top of I s self and the pizza was cold. So I called the store and tell them about my pizza and they tell me well we haven’t had any other other customers complain so your pizza should be fine. I told him that was unacceptable and I need a new pizza, they had me send a picture in and said they will get back to me in a couple weeks because it is under investigation. I called to speak to somebody three different times, and the employees kept hanging up on me. I felt so disrespected trust me, I will be elevating this situation not because of the pizza, but by the way I was treated with their customer service.

The first thing I noticed is how unsanitary the place is. I seen a lot of people not washing their hands and touching their faces and scratching their head while preparing and touching all the food. Was the food still good? Yes. HOWEVER, did I get sick the next day? Yes I did.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas for Dinner. One of them we ordered with pepperoni and pineapple but they put one piece of pineapple per slice. I understand this is an expensive item however we paid for that, so we deserve better quality. The second pizza was acceptable with the portion we received.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for a while. But lately I’m constantly reminded on how highly disappointed I am with their food quality. Case in point, picture attached herein is of an extra beef, extra green pepper pizza from their store. It has practically nothing. I’ve considered taking my business elsewhere and today’s order validated my consideration. Never again!

Order was cancelled by the store, a few minutes after I placed it. Instructions said to call the store for more information. Phone line was busy for the rest of the night until closing. The Dominoes website, in its corporate brilliance, does not allow feedback until an order is received. Well…what if this esteemed company doesn’t bother to deliver an order? Will not order from this store or Dominoes again.
