Terrible service! I called for a delivery of an Alfredo pasta with bread and they sent me a pasta without bread and I called them but they did not want to help me nor did they want to change the order! They did it to me twice and the second time I called they hung up on me! When the delivery man called him, a lady answered and said that she did not receive the calls and that they had already closed!

Just placed an order. Even though I was able to use my new number for delivery notifications and update it as my home number, the website wouldn’t update it as a cellphone number. Didn’t think it would be a problem. When I got the text the driver was pulling up, my husband went downstairs to wait in the lobby. Nothing. Then I see the tracker says delivered. I called Domino’s & after I explained the situation, I hear a guy in the back asking what was my # & then said, “well that’s why she didn’t get her order.” Then the guy I’m speaking to starts repeating my order and is shorting me a pizza. I correct him, & he goes on to say he can’t do anything about it because I placed the order, not him, and he doesn’t know what happened or what exactly I ordered but he can’t adjust the order to 2 pizzas. Then mumbles something about maybe I gotta call a number. I pretty much lost it, asked to speak to the manager. Then as I speak to her, she starts cutting me off but at least she acknowledged I ordered two pizzas. Also, strange nobody speaks English. When I spoke to her in English, she quickly switched the conversation to Spanish. Luckily, I’m the only one at home that speaks Spanish but I still had difficulty explaining myself at times.

This place is a disgrace absolutely disgusting I placed an order at 10 pm and it arrived at 12:20 when it was scheduled for a 10:47 delivery the food was then ice cold and all soggy and not to mention I ordered 8 wings yet only 4 arrived I tried calling immediately and now they won’t answer although they are still open do better this is the only dominos location that I have ever had a problem like this with the staff needs a complete overhaul.

Got my pizza quickly on a Friday evening. Delivery guy was really friendly and seemed thankful for a tip (hope I’m not the only one who tips him). The person who made the order (believe it said Tim online) was pretty careless. I asked for a garlic sauce instead of marinara eith my breadsticks and paid for an extra. I received one marinara and one garlic sauce. The pizza was cut horribly. Also, as a side note, last time I ordered from here, the delivery driver called me after delivering my pizza and tried speaking to me in Spanish. My Spanish was good enough to understand that he was asking if he could keep my number. I didn’t call and complain because this guy had a horrible understanding of boundaries and now knew my number and where I lived.
