I’m disappointed for now. I place a order by phone. I order two large pepperoni pizzas. Instead I ended up with two hand tossed Hawaiian pizzas. I call back and they’ll resolved the problem by correcting my order, after 2hrs later. I received my correct order. Now I was told that I placed this order online which wasn’t true. Not sure what happened but it was something weird about that. When I order by phone it felt like I was talking to a foreign person in some remote place. I hope my credit card information wasn’t compromised. Again it was a weird experience.

This place doesn’t deserve a half of a star. Only reason a star was given was for me to be able to leave a comment. First off I was over charged for a order that was placed for a medium two topping pizza. It was almost $27. The total was never given until the pizza arrived. I called back to get clarity on my order, I was told that my number didn’t pop up. I looked on the box and clearly my phone number was printed on the box. Long story short I called and ordered the same and got a deal on two pizzas same toppings for almost the same price as the one medium pizza. I will Never order from this place again. The staff is very unprofessional and look under age. No one seem to be able to deal with a order that was wrong in error. The guy Frank is clearly a bad presentation for the company he has a bad attitude and needs training on customer service. Instead of allowing me to explain why I was unhappy about the service that was provided. He choose to assume what may have taken place rather than apologize and move forward. He even choose to talk about the situation when I decided to leave the location. I over heard him continuing the matter with four or five other staff members. And when I walked back to the counter and explain to him how unprofessional and unethical he was to talk about me as the customer to his coworkers. Instead of apologizing he said I’m not gunna argue with you. I was very upset and embarrassed, I felt violated and completely ripped off. I have never come to an establishment and been treated this way. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me.

I ordered Pizza at 12.36 am and they delivered, It was nice to have that option. I know…what the heck was i doing ordering pizza or early in the morning? The munchies dude! The delivery guy gave me one wrong pizza but it was cool because it was some hawaiian kind. But i tipped and gave a tip for the wrong the order and it worked out. All in all the place isn’t that bad. Its new and overall great experience the last 4 times I’ve ordered.

I waited for my pizza for one hour and after that i call to see what happened with my order and they saud it was running late aand afyer waiting for another hour i call back tolk to the manager and she said the order was cancel because I never came out to get the pizzas i was out side the entire time and no one came an then she blamed it on me with an attitude. This store is seriously mismanaged. Three times now it’s taken them almost 2 hours to deliver simple orders. They didn’t even bother to contact me, I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they game their own app by making orders as delivered even though they aren’t. Dysfunctional would be a compliment.

The employees there need to double check who they give out the orders to. I placed my order via the app and when I went to pick it up, it turns out someone had taken it. They didn’t even offer me a discount on the replacement order. What kind of customer service is that?? The only reason I did the replacement order is because I didn’t feel like driving around to get dinner. It was their negligence, so the lease they could have done was offer me a 10% discount on the replacement order. I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut and I hope their customer service is better than Dominos.
