Ordering by app is very convenient. But their tracking status is misleading. Each time I arrived after the app indicated my order was ready, I still had to wait at this Walteria location. Today, I made sure to leave home several minutes after the app said my order was ready for pickup. This time, when I arrived I was told the delivery driver took my pizza. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new and burnt pizza. Go Elsewhere!

Worst service ever. I picked up my pizza and garlic twist on time per App. Got home 5 minutes later and garlic bread hard. I called and went back to get fresh one. The manager Mark said it was my fault because he saw it sit on heater for 45 min. I told him I already went home and came back and it hasn’t even been 45 min since original order. He just wanted to explain himself and show his power. He should be saying sorry instead of acting like my fault. I told him kiss my rear and I’m never coming back. Manager Mark wouldn’t give last name and doesn’t have name tag so who knows. This place used to be way better. Mark isn’t management material for sure. Evening shift manager needed

I came in at 8:30pm tonight to order wings. I wanted 32 but he said that they are low tonight and max order is 10. I agreed and got my food 15min later. I open the box and he gave me 8 wings. Yet charged me for 10. All I can eat is gluten free pizza and wings, and it sucks to be limited and then shorted. 🙁

We ordered from this store last night and they just completely dropped the ball. I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which had almost zero meat on it. It looked like they substituted the meat with mushrooms. The sandwich still tasted great but I was very disappointing that there was no meat. Then the salad my Girlfriend got came with no dressing or croutons. We didn’t have any dressing there so I had to go out and buy some. The chicken we ordered turned out well though. Overall the experience we had from this store was very poor. I am very disappointing in how everything turned out. Thank you for listening.

This is more oriented to Dominos than the Hawthorne location. Can’t specify pickup time when order, Would not accept credit card online pay. Pizza crust was good, Toppings very flavorless and a bit sparse. This was my first Dominos and I would rate the pizzas maybe 4 of 10 compared to most other franchise names..
