The manager is the rudest lady ever. Literally told me it was my fault the order was wrong. She said she couldn’t give me the store managers name or hers for me to put in a complaint about the service she provided. Since when is it the customers job to get the order right?

Ordered handmade pan pizza today, I found a coupon on Dominos website for $3 off a medium pizza. When I went to pick it up I was given a different a different pizza that said hand tossed. I took it home to eat it; it was the driest, cold pizza we ever had. It was tasteless too. I called them up to explain it to them. I ask to speak to a Manager, the guy left me on hold to go speak to his Manager, a woman. I could hear her telling him what to say to me, nevertheless I was given a free Handmade pan pizza. I walked it with the box of pizza I had to return. I gave the kid my name & the Latina woman manager began yelling at me in front of 4 other customers. She yelled, “I didn’t screw up, you did!” While trying to explain how I ordered online. She blew up at me over having to make me another pizza for free. It was a complete show of unproffessionalism & anger. I replied, “ I’m the customer don’t ball me out. “ Dominos pizza has lost me as a customer.

So the app said it was ready and let them know I was heading in. I went in and the person behind the counter said my order is not ready and it has something to do with the internet. It has been 30 something minutes and he said he said it will take 35-40 min. He said they are backed up. I will have to wait another 10 min. I’m disappointed in them. I’ve been here a few times and this has never happened. Will I be able to trust them again??

They offer “curbside delivery” so I placed an order online. When I arrived, I checked in online and via text message, followed the instructions and parked in front of the store with my hazard lights on. Waited and waited and nobody ever came out. I gave them time assuming they may be busy but eventually went inside to pick up my order. The employee said they “didn’t dispatch” my order or something like that but that is had been ready just sitting there. Didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience of wasting my times and not getting freshly made pizza.

I have to give this one star and not by choice. I rather give it a zero. they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a pizza place. first they got the order wrong, they fixed it but I had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza. we had ordered a big boxing fight that we wanted to watch and missed it because we were waiting for the order. not only did they mess up our pizzas but other people’s as well. the room was full of upset customers. NEVER again will we go to this place.
