Usually don’t review stuff but they deserve it for the hospitality and consistency. Every. Single. Driver is amazing and the food is on average at least 9/10. I’ve ordered at least 20-30+ times and my order was only wrong once because they forgot a pizza but they immediately handled the situation and offered a better meal for the day + a free pizza next time, honestly couldn’t complain. Love y’all, this spot is doing it right.

My pizza was ruined when it was delivered. When they out in the new request to have me another pizza delivered the time was longer than expected. They said it will take 30 minutes when it was more than 30 minutes by the way this was a large chicken Alfredo pizza with Alfredo sauce

Had to change my review. As of lately they keep messing up. Forgetting paid items, this last one made by Reinier, is missing the toppings….completely, burned and missing cheese in large spots. They refused to answer the phone, so now I have to have my bank reverse the charge. No more games for me.

I ordered online and went to pickup my order, only to find out that their system never printed my order, so they didn’t have any knowledge of my order, until they checked online. It wasn’t their fault, it was a system glitch. But they made it right,by preparing my order and refunding my money. Very good business practice. And my food was very much worth the extra wait.

Called and made an order for pick up. Two pizzas with 2 toppings each. was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Fine. Went to pick up the pizzas a little after and was told by they were not ready. 15-20 minutes longer I was told. Okay, sometimes it takes a little longer. I wait outside for 20 minutes and go back in to check in on the status. “Just a little bit longer sir. We’re just boxing them up.” So I wait patiently for them to inform me my order is ready. when I ask if it was ready yet, they just tell me “one moment sir. It’ll be ready soon.” I speak to another worker behind the counter to find out whats going on. I tell him I picking up an order. “We don’t have and order under that name.” Now I’m a little upset. I’ve been waiting for an order that hasn’t been started. I ask to please speak to the manager regarding the matter and explained my situation. He apologies for the situation but does nothing to correct it. Instead, he starts making excuses, stating a pizza usually takes 30-35 minutes to prepare. If that is the case, why did the lady I spoke to tell me 15-20 minutes. I emphasize to him that regardless, my order still hasn’t been started. An hour after I had called had past and what he is stating is my order should have been done by now. But this manager keeps saying, “But sir, we are busy at this time.” I’d expect cheep excuses from his employees, but from him, the manager of the restaurant. Unacceptable.
