Poor customer service. I should have read the other reviews before attempting to contact this location by phone. The man that answered the phone spoke for a minute or 2 then left me on hold for half an hour… (28 minutes and 7 seconds according to my call log). The kid who manned the register on 5/7 at 1845 was rude when I asked about when my order was estimated to be ready. Apparently plates are no longer available at dominos locations? To quote, “We don’t carry plates at dominos man.”

Looking forward to some cinnamon twists and they decide to put icing inside my box with garlic nots. I ordered cinnamon twists and they knew that because you have to put the icing inside the box and OBVIOUSLY they saw it was garlic nots doing that. They were closing in a hour so this explains why they were lazy and wouldn’t make more cinnamon twists. Yet I did order and pay. This dominos has very messed up workers. Never again.

Order missing 1 or more items 2nd Time. Called the store, store mgr didn’t handle the situation professionally. I highly recommend dominos to retrain it’s staff specially managers to handle such situations. Hint: Pizza Hut just closed across the street otherwise I would rather have a pizza from Pizza Hut.

We got. Pizza and garlic bread bites tonight. We called in our order and the guy on the phone was so friendly & kind. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like we were interrupting this busy establishment. We picked up our order, which was on time and our food was perfect! We Love this location and have always had a great pizza experience here! Yummy!

How is this place in business ? Over 90 minutes and no pizza delivered. On top of that, they don’t answer their phone so i can follow up on the order. I been holding 14minutes, 11 seconds so far and they don’t pick up.

This place has delivered pizza over 90mins late in the past and gave me the wrong. I decided to give them an other chance. My pizza said it was delivered but didnt arrive till 5mins after it said it was delivered. The pizza was cold, basically no cheese on both. They place has the laziest workers around. Go elsewhere.

We waited over 90 minutes for two medium pizzas. The delivery portion alone took over an hour even though we are less than 2 miles away. With the degree of low ratings online (we didn’t look at recent reviews so we didn’t know about the poor service reviews), why hasn’t Dominos reprimanded this particular franchise owner and shut them down? Do not pre tip.Wait and see if you get the pizza.

The staff was totally overwhelmed. I ordered two large pizzas with multiple toppings at first they couldn’t find the pizzas then they found them. When I got home I realized they were the wrong pizzas. We ordered 5 toppings on our pizzas there was only two toppings on the pizzas we received. Rather than drive back to return them we decided to eat them. As it turned out we were unable to eat the pizzas since the toppings were totally wrong. In addition there was almost no cheese on the pizza. I tried calling the store but the person answering the phone could not understand or speak English. I tried canceling the charges but the store hasn’t processed the charge yet. We have used this store going on eight years, never had any issues. I will not return to Domino’s for a long time.
