Horrible experience for the price spent. Received 2 burnt pizzas with uneven topping placement. Called back and the store refused to refund saying it was my responsibility to return the delivery to the store. I would think twice getting delivery especially if you have hungry kids. Order at 6:23 PM and got an update with tracker ETA of 6:55 PM and as of 7:37 PM I am still waiting for my pizza. Follow up with the store and update is driver is on the way ..

Unfortunately they gave us the wrong order and it had a topping that my child is allergic too and they refused to give us a refund. I was very nice and explained that we cannot eat it and still they refused. It was a major bummer but I guess that is just bad luck. Doesnt seem like a good business practice though.

I placed an order appropriately. It was placed at 11:07 pm on a Saturday night. The store called me at 11:27. After I had already paid online for the order. I was told they could not accept the order but it was paid for. I asked if they would refund my money & he did not have a clear answer. Poor service. Poor communication. Poor rating.
