Very disappointed on June 6 . Order a pizza with 5 topping got just a pepperoni pizza. Notified Domino’s with a phone call. Went back to store. Employee raise her voice telling me to open the box but the way she said wasn’t necessary to embarrassed me like it was my mistake. I never raised my voice or was not polite.

Order from here if you want a stale and ready to throw-away pizza. Appreciate the drivers and the delivery folks but if they deliver 10 orders in a single drive, the last one to get (which is me always) will get a very stale pizza all the time. This happened twice already. And both the times I got my pizza delivered after 90 minutes of order and after 1 hour of delivery driver starting to drive.

When my pizza came in, I noticed that the slices were all already separated instead of it being cut like I can tell when you take a slice and try to fill it in to make it look like you didn’t take a slice off. the pizza did not come connected how it usually does.

This used to be our go to pizza place, but the last delivery was it. It looked like someone just dropped them while they were hot. I left a review through the app when it asked about this delivery, I let this location know that it was sloppy. No call back. I also reached out to their customer service online with no response either. The veggie pizza was sloshed around, the pineapple wasn’t as bad.

I love this store in particular in all of SCV. The delivery drivers are very nice and considerate. For the most part this store never misses something, but there are those times when mistakes can happen so I still give full stars because the quality is there and I have never had a bad pizza! Hand tossed with Red sauce topped with Ham, Garlic and Spinach was a great. Pan with Garlic Parmesan sauce topped with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms and Roasted Red Peppers was amazing! Great crust and great sauces.

Ordering online is easy as can be, they are modestly priced for what you get, and are always on time. Delivery drivers are generally nice and friendly and arrive quickly with the food still hot. Going in and ordering over the phone is a different story. The girl(s?) that have answered the last couple times I called have been very rude. They rush you off the phone and seem to not have time for a customer inquiry. Very glad I don’t have to deal with them face-to-face, or I probably would not frequent this location ever. But delivery is good so 3 stars.

So we get it it’s 11:30pm. No more take out, just delivery. We come from fresno just trying to get some pizza.. they are not “allowed” to bring out their parking lot, they are not “allowed” to deliver to a gas station or commercial place?! Lady it’s not the first time I get Domino’s. I work right next to one.. and we get it “delivered” all the time. Idk if it’s the employee acting stupid or their policies are seriously restricted of doing any kind of business
