Ordered a thin crust and they deliver a burnt, cold and badly mishandled pizza. Called to complain and was told 25 mins for a new pizza. It took over an hour. That pizza was also cold, and tossed like a salad.

Waited over 30 mins to get my pizza after the tracker said it was done! Only a dash of cinnamon on the cinnamon twist and pizza tasted like reheated day old pizza. Guess it back to LC since there pizza is fresh!

Very bad service!! I purchased an ExtravaganZZa pizza, but they delivered a simple bacon pizza. I called the store immediately, the guy who pickup my phone didn’t even say “Sorry”, but hang up my phone. Terrible!!!

Delivery driver named “ Evan” went to my gate at my house stood there for 2 minutes called me once and I was already coming outside to meet him. AS SOON as I start walking he backs up illegally on a two way street then peels off basically speeding down my residential. I have security cameras and I’m going to make a police report if he isn’t handled. He was driving a suv type of car looked like a black Honda it was extremely loud for no reason it’s a super slow car. I’ll be in tomorrow where he works at to make sure this gets handled. Hope you enjoyed your free Alfredo and cheesy bread pal. My advice NEVER come here !!!!!!!

I had ordered pizza over the phone, carry out, I was supposed to get three dollars off for my tip for picking it up in person. That’s what it says on tv, commercial but that didn’t happen. All of this was very disturbing & I’ll tell everyone about it. I didn’t get all of my pizzas fresh at the same time, I picked up my three pizzas, one of them was burnt. I took that one back & waited for over an hour for the one I returned. I then asked for three fresh pizzas since they are now cold. No one working there, payed any attention to me. Mario did help to get my order right, yet I’m very disappointed in the horrible customer customer and won’t be returning.
