The pizza was cold, no extra cheese and it looked like it was sitting around somewhere. My tomatoe bacon chicken wasn’t even a full order, also I placed two different orders at the same time online and the first order was perfect, but the second order was garbage!! How does that work???

Tonight I ordered 1 free medium pizza with my rewards membership and 1 pizza for 10.99 and 1 veggie pizza for 10.99 and 1 cheesy marinara bread total 41.30. I placed the order online and called and asked if I could pay with a $100. The lady I spoke to said yes the driver will have change. When Kevin arrived to my house he did not have change so I told him to take back the pizza and I’ll go get change and pick it up. I went to the market to get change and went to pick up the order. The lady when I arrived said the total would be $43. and change. I said when I called the girl said she will take off the delivery charge of $6.49. The total should have been $34.81, but the four ladies that were near the cash register did not want to help me and had a poor attitude that they did not want to accommodate me in any which way possible, so I walked out. At approximately 9:20 pm, my wife called and spoke to David and he was nice and listened to our concerns, but we are still upset about the situation and probably will never go back to this location again. I was a loyal customer and it was very convenient for me and my family.

Ordered pasta to pick up. Decent price on sale. $7.99 for either a plate of pasta or served in a bread bowl. I’d you get the bread bowl you only get a small amount of pasta because it’s not really deep enough to be considered a bowl. You end up with a little bit of pasta with your bread. Good food for the value, just get the pasta plate if you’re hungry for pasta.

I live just down the street and have been a customer for over 15 years . i walked to the store and asked for two 7.99 carry outs and they told me that cant honor that price if i walk in its 12.99, i can only get the 7.99 if order on line . The truth is i can walk there quicker than i can place the order online . i took this to Hungry Howie’s and they lowered there pizza price to gain my business . Its a shame this Dominos does not respect the Covina Residents . Boycott this place and pay the businesses that care about the people in there neighborhood. Customer service sucks here anyway and the employees are very rude and the manager never returns phone calls . Please do not go here

Ordered carry out and was put on hold for 20 minutes only for them to hang up, then called again and waited again for another 15 minutes before my order was placed. To top it off once arriving it took the another 20 minutes to get my pizza after the time they had estimated my pizza to be ready. This wasn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location but definitely the last I’d rather make the drive to a further location.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with dominos. First they dont get the order correct, they always forgetan item. They put less toppings on the pizza. Pizza seems more dry and does not taste the same. On top of that they are charging almost $6 dollars for delivery. I will not order from dominos ever again. Compare to Little Ceasars or pizza hut. They are better than dominos. Thank you for pushing me to get my pizza from costco. Even Costco taste better. If I ever decide to treat the kids to pizza on Friday Nights. It will be purchased at Costco or RedDevils.

Very unhappy! 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 all meat. Our pizza looked like it was put together from another one. One half looked like it was left under the heat to long and the other half looked alot more cheesy and fresh made…wth!!? Never again!!

The last two times I have ordered pizza from this location ( 2 out of 2 times total ) my pizza was always hot, fresh, and correct. My drivers ALWAYS managed to get it to me under the 40 minute estimate time of delivery and always had everything that I ordered. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for the very reason of that my pizza was never correct, hot, nor did I have half of the items I ordered. It was also late frequently. My drivers always deserve the high tips I give them because they are always so punctual and respectful. I appreciate that.
