Customer service was excellent! The gentleman who took my phone order directed me to their daily special, politely answered all my questions, and was even more pleasant in person! My order was perfect, was done on time and tasted great!! My only issue was that their “large” seemed more like a medium in comparison to their competitors, hence the rating. I will be back!

Never again will I order from here, I’m severely allergic to an ingredient and I did half and half and I see that ingredient in my half like what if I have eaten the slice of pizza? I would have been in the hospital. You can’t even put notes online and calling didn’t help but I guess I shouldn’t have assumed that the person putting ingredients on the pizza would be so unexperienced to not know to keep the ingredients on one side of the pizza only. Next time, I’ll buy somewhere else. That is bacon on my half of the side. I shouldn’t have to order another pizza to avoid this problem when this can completely be avoided.

Great food, always hot and fresh and made to order. The last few times I’ve ordered for car-side delivery, the order hasn’t been ready within two minutes so I’ve received free pizza each time. I’m good with that!

This place has good food but the number one thing I will say is that they need to do better at listening. My fiancée and I ordered pizza and we asked for have bacon and half mushrooms, now my fiancée is severely allergic to bacon and they put bacon on her side of the pizza. They have to do a better job at doing half and half and make sure it’s not touching.

Called to place an order the customer service was not good at all. The person kept giving me a hard time. Customer service keptTelling two to three different prices of the order I was trying to place etc,. Then the customer service person ask an second time again for my card number and name, after a second ago I already gave it to her. I Did not feel right about it. So I then told the customer service person to go ahead and cancel my order. She did not respond but she stayed on the phone listening. So I told her again to cancel my order she still did not response , so I hung up. ” Strange happings”.
