Worst customer service. I don’t even know where to begin. I rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it. I’m normally very patient because I also work at a restaurant. I went in to order and was told they had discounts if I ordered online. So while I was in the store I went ahead and placed an order. I realized I made the wrong order so I asked if they could cancel that and let me order again. The guy said YES, they’ll refund and I can just go ahead and order again. So i did. Once I came back to claim my order they had 2 orders ready for me and charged me so I was charged TWICE and the guy who told me they’d refund me just left. When I explained all of this to them they said, okay they’ll do a refund but it’ll take 5 to 7 business days. I said okay and thought it was all good. Been about 10 business days now and I still have not received my refund for an order I didn’t even receive. I’ve called 4 times now and they always say they’ll call back but they never do. Like if you don’t want to refund me then at least give me what I paid for. It really isn’t worth all the trouble and I wish the guy just told me in the beginning that they couldn’t do a refund/cancellation. Now I’m still out $28. Go to any other branch or literally any other pizza place. No apologies from literally anyone. Owner doesn’t care either.

Hello, I wanted to share the worst experience I had today at Domino’s pizza off of limonite . I ordered a pizza from the app to be delivered to my daughter’s daycare today for their party . Delivery driver went to the destination but said payment wasn’t received even though I have an email receipt of payment processed. I called store to process payment ,if there were any issues, and not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes but the manager had an attitude and yelled at me that she’s busy . I told her my order should be prioritized since I ordered day earlier and the matter was time sensitive since it was for the daycare’s party. Leticia raised her voice again and told me that she was too busy and when I asked for her name , she hanged up . I understand that she may have been busy but to raise her voice and hang up on me was unprofessional. I am bringing this up here to warn people of the horrible management at this location .

We ordered two medium pizzas and eight boneless chicken wings. The coupon wasn’t applied, the total was $62.41. I called Dominos right now, Kevin told me it’s my “fault” I didn’t push the coupon when ordering. I asked about the 20% off that was mentioned when I called. He said he can’t refund any money. I asked for his name, he said Kevin and he hung up on me. I have no complaints about the food, it was good. I wasn’t mad when speaking with Kevin, I just didn’t understand why we didn’t get the half off deal. His customer service was horrible.

Never been let down here. Pizza is always delicious and staff are always friendly. The staff working today in particularwere fantastic, made sure I knew my order was on its way out and made sure I didn’t have to ask for anything. Awesome staff, I should have gotten their names to reference specifically. Best Domino’s, and top tier food in my book.

Don’t come to this domino’s, when you walk in all they ask is if you are picking up if you are not they keep you waiting and they never took the order I had to go on my phone and place the order horrible service go to Pizza Hut better

The manager at this location told me this pizzas wasn’t burnt and that i was lying then hung up in my face! I called back and asked an employee if i could be transferred back to the manager she said “i cant” and hung up in my face. I tried calling back 10 times and it seemed as if my number was blocked the phone wouldn’t even ring anymore I didn’t even know Domino’s could block your number LOL this wasn’t even the icing on the cake the person who delivered my pizza never rang my doorbell nor knocked my pizza was left on the floor in front of my door how disgusting and unsanitary!!!!!!!

I ordered parmesan bites with marinara sauce and was delivered boneless wings with buffalo sauce. I called the store and asked for a refund and he told me they don’t do refunds! He said I can either get store credit or they can bring me my Parmesan bites. Why would I ever want to purchase from there again? I don’t want your store credit! Why would I want you to bring me the Parmesan bites when we already have our pizza and pasta which would get cold if we waited and we don’t want to eat our Parmesan bites an hour after everything else! I spent my money and did not get what I ordered I should be given a refund! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she’s not available to talk. When I looked up my order it said that Leticia was the one who prepped it and it also says she is the manager so I know she was there! I asked him for the phone number to corporate office and he told me I would have to Google it. He started getting attitude during the conversation and then ended up hanging up on me. This is the WORST customer service!!!
