Ordered about an hour ago, preparation and delivery time weren’t too bad. We opened our pizza and it was just cheese, we ordered a all meat pizza. The pizza wasn’t even good. Tons of grease all over the box. The order was not checked before leaving the store. The 8 piece bone in wings were barely tossed in any sauce. The tater tots were cold, along with the wings. We called back and are receiving a free pizza for the next time we call. It just would’ve been nice to have the correct pizza we ordered the first time instead of the nasty cheese, ranch, garlic pizza.

One of the better dominos in the area and the only complaint that I have is that employees sounds very very dumb when they have no idea what they’re saying case in point I wanted to pay with $100 bill. The employee said oh no I can’t take that I’m not allowed to have a lot of money in the store and I look at him like what do you mean I’d have too much money he said really tell me something if I give you $100 bill or if I give you the exact amount of money that the order is aren’t you gonna have exactly the same amount of money in the store do you think you’re gonna have $100 more than you should have. I mean, learn second grade math.

Horrible experience!!! I placed my order through the app and I got a message that stated “skip the line, go straight to the counter for pickup”…When I arrived, I noticed there were 2 others inside the building waiting for their food, so I wait for the cashier to finish helping the other customer and show her my pickup notification. She tells me, sorry but we can only have one customer inside at a time, you’ll have to wait outside while I help the other person because she was here waiting. Mind you, it was a cold night, and it was raining!!! She finally gets to me and gives me my food, she doesn’t apologize for throwing me out in the cold rain, and when I ask about their “Carside Delivery” which is clearly advertised on their store window, she looks at me so confused. She tells me “I don’t know how that works”. I was so upset, but out of respect I just took my food and left, I didn’t want to make a scene. Domino’s, you need to hire more professional employees and properly train them on customer service skills. Definitely won’t be going back there.
