So I called because my son got food poising from eating a pizza . I notified the location and a rude female employee told me that’s the first because I’ve order plenty of pizzas and said it can be many of things o had just order the pizza . This employee was none empathetic SUPER RUDE and lacked customer service. Hey I’m calling to notified them maybe there was something wrong . I wasn’t even arguing and they offered supervisor contact I told them they were distasteful and rude. I will be contacting their district manager for better employee training .Other then that the driver was polite was the ONLY person with good customer service

Terrible service took nearly 2 hours to get my pizza to my door and I only ordered 2 large pizzas. Took an hour and 45 minutes to be exact from when I ordered. I also called their store questioning and the response was 30 more minutes. They then hung up on me.

Never again for delivery from this location. Food is always ready soon after placing order but the delivery always takes forever. I understand they are busy but at least don’t make my pizza until delivery is available so my pizza does not arrive soggy and warm not crispy and hot like I love it.

Bad customer service, the shift manager girl is rude and unprofessional. I came in to order my pizza, I paid cash, then manager girl tells me that’s why I heard because I’m a beaner. Lol , I had no idea what she was talking about, I didn’t hear anything until she said that. Then the lady that handed me my pizza ask if I wanted napkins, I said yes. Then manager girl says now go eat it in your car. I ignored just got my pizza walked out but as I’m walking out she says that’s why. I didn’t think anything but later I got the worst case of Diarrhea. I never had a problem with Dominos but I was sick all night after eating Dominos pizza. It was bad. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I ordered online for delivery. My order was wrong, tried 11 times to contact store, but store never answered the call center from the Philippines kept on transfer me to the store but kept on going in circles transfer whenever we go through and I’ll talk to somebody else new and they’ll give me the same one around I did that 11 times for about 45 minutes

We usually love this location. However, the past few times, our order has been arriving later and later. Placed an order at 4:08pm and it’s now 5:43pm and have not received my order. Called the store, and there was no answer. Online hours show open. Very disappointing.
