Whoever the manager is needs to seriously get it together with the employees taking the online orders! Here’s my receipt of what I ordered, and these are the pizzas I received. I received the pineapple & ham pizza which I thought “oh well at least this one is what I ordered!” But found a hair on it tangled up with the cheese and everything else. The second one was supposed to be a pepperoni & cheese HAND TOSSED pizza but received a thin crust instead. Are you guys even paying attention to the orders or what??? Seriously ridiculous because this is not the first time this has happened to me! && no I did not receive a refund or anything!

Found a MAGGOT in the pizza my son was eating. We had eaten half of it already. I feel so disgusted. We’ve been coming here for ten years and never again. My husband took it back and the MANAGER didn’t even apologize. Unbelievable how is he even a manager?

Bad customer service. Placed online order and arrived to pick up but door was locked. Waited patiently at pickup window for 2 employees that noticed me standing there waiting without making contact for service. I watched as they continued to work and prepare orders about 6 ft away, ignoring me and going to sit in the chair in the back of the store. After about 8 minutes of standing there I just left with out the pizza. Apparently they don’t want business. I’m about done dealing with dominos in general. They definitely went down hill. Maybe I’ll follow up with corporate with feed back.
