So I can for site only order during the week! Good luck on a weekend. There is always something wrong. I know they got a new manager not long ago and things were a little better but it’s horrible. It’s like they just put the dough in oven, no sauce or cheese. Like how can you look at this and day yes this is cool to go out. The cheesy Marinara was super oily and runny. My fault for even ordering from here, I know better. So process with caution and it’s best to pick up. Just make sure they don’t overcharge you!

If I could give no stars I would. Order the same pizza every time but it always comes different. Buffalo chicken pizza. How hard is that? They always come with barely any sauce so we ordered extra and it came with probably two bottles of sauce. One was a pepperoni pizza instead of the buffalo which they let us keep for free and then tonight got no buffalo sauce on the pizza. Told the delivery guy there was no sauce on it and he said it’s right there (pointing to the burn cheese, though he was a very nice guy) but then when I called and asked for the GM because the manager sucks at her job she said the GM is gone for two weeks so I ask for a phone number or email so when she gets back she can contact me and she says she can’t give out personal info like that even though anyone with common sense would know I want asking for her cell. Horrible food service. Save yourself the heartache and don’t order from here. Both these pictures are buffalo chicken pizzas.

I had such a bad experience here today .. I ordered delivery service and the driver was lost for over 20 minutes after trying to help her by and give her directions she goes back to store and says to call her manager . I went in and her manger was extremely rude said I used profanity wish I never did . I tried to help his driver and give her directions .The driver made it up since she was lost. I cannot believe the Manager accuse me of using profanity when he wasn’t there and be so disrespectful after I showed him calls of me helping the driver . He then and he then told me leave his store. This by far the worst experience I have ever received from Domino’s. Very very bad customer service.. extremely rude

They deliver the wrong pizza, then say they won’t remake it or deliver the right order, nor will they give a refund under any circumstances, but I could call back another time (when they aren’t busy) and get the pizza replaced when I place another order. Like I’d order again from people that already ripped me off and can’t deliver the right pizza! The manager was straight up SHADY. Corporate is unresponsive, so that guarantee printed on the box is as worthless as their shady employees.

They made me wait 15 minutes to pay for my small pizza then over charged me and didn’t want to refund me because it was inconvenient for them, then the pizza was so disgusting that I had to complain to the corporate office. What a horrible experience, sorry I wasted my money here. Never again.
