a driver named John (the delivery driver) tried to tell me that I was in the wrong or at a different address than that was provided tonight 2/28/23. I tried to give him the best of my abilities of my directions even though he was literally like down the block and probably was like blind as a bat ♂️ anyways some of these drivers think they need or deserve a tip but instead they deserve a reality check.

Customer service sucks!ordered online drive to pick up my order when it was ready. I drive back home saw that They messed up on my order. I called to let them know the my order was wrong and they didn’t even try to help fixing my order they messed up! When asked her name she said have a good day and hung up the call. Very bad service!

This Place is not well organized, they made our delivery wait for over an hour, we finally drove over there and our pizza was still in the oven, the manager in the office an only 1 person outside helping everyone, comes out didn’t even wash her hands and starts handling food

I ordered 2 extra cheese, well done no garlic pizzas online. when I got there, pizza had to be made again because they put garlic. had to wait again, got my pizza with no garlic no extra cheese and extra burnt. even my son said this is one of the worse pizzas we’ve gotten from Domino’s, horrible. I’ve noticed that little by little this store quality is getting bad, this is not the first time I ask for extra cheese and get none or the no garlic and get garlic or have to wait for them to make them again.

Drove all the there from Mexico and was 10 min past 10 and wasnt allowed to place an order. Lets not help someone out but stick to those stringent guidlines.
