If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I definitely would not recommend calling this Domino’s if you are hungry. I have been on the phone for at least 2 hours just to place an order!!!!!! All I have been hearing is the recorded message on the line and even managed to hear the end of the recording! The recording then began to repeat AGAIN!!!!! This store needs a dedicated employee to answer the phone. I don’t mind a long delivery time as long as I know I have placed an order and will eventually receive the food. The employees are not at fault, but management should take note and make an effort to address the issue. I would place an order online, but the app does not allow for customization and limits toppings. Once again I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!

Service was good. Food was good. Even served in a timely manner. Only 2 complaints. The temperature in the building was uncomfortably hot. And the pizza slices were stuck to one another. Ate my pizza in pieces. Other than that it tasted delicious.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered them, we set up the order, no issues there. An hour later, still no pizza so we call to get an update. We call them on two lines and they take 15 minutes. On one line they told us that we didn’t order anything the other line said they are out front so we run outside, nothing is outside. We try to call them back and they are consecutively hanging up on me and not picking up the call. Just terrible.

I’m only giving a four out of five because every time I order extra ranch I never get it or the marinara. Any side of sauce I order never makes it to me. And then I feel bad about making the driver come back to my house just for the dipping sauce I ordered. And sometimes I spend four dollars on just ranch. Considering they’re a dollar. But oh well. Some things can’t be helped.

The service is good. The pizza is always good.. The wings are good. They give me good service time frames when the pizza will be ready. The store is always clean. My kids enjoy seeing them make the pizzas when they come with me sometimes. The employees have good attitudes. Service with a smile goes a long way. The app is easy to use. I never had a bad experience. Knock on wood. Although the street behind the store can be fixed.

During the beginning of the pandemic I didn’t like going out unless it was for work or something or to buy groceries. Sometimes I was too tired to cook so I would order pizza for dinner and I am very grateful that Domino’s was able to deliver to my home with no contact delivery. It does take a little longer than carry out would but I definitely understand that there’s a lot of other families to feed. I haven’t had any issues with this store and will continue ordering pizza from Coachella Domino’s!
