I live 2minutes away, yet pizza didn’t arrive until almost 50 minutes after the app said the driver left. Order arrived over two hours after placing, and was barely warm. Called a half dozen times before they picked up, then they left the phone there while saying they would check on my order… Over 6 minutes later they still had not come back.

Horrible service, extremely rude. No courtesy call because the order was late. I called to ask why it was going on an hour and a half. Immediately hit with an attitude from the closing manager 3/22/2022. Just making sure the dates known. I ended up having to order from another store who admitted this store sucked. She they were nice enough to make me the pizza. I know where my tip is going. All I can say is people have no work ethic anymore. It’s sad. Order from any other store but this one. Trust me.

Today unfortunately was not good ordered online it said delivery time 39min so I placed the order, it was after 1hr I called because it had not been delivered mind you on the tracker it had said quality control within 20 min upon placing the order so where’s the pizza, I called they informed me they only had 1 delivery guy & his old & “it is what it is ” those were her exact words. I just cancelled & ordered pizza hut. I tried giving dominos a try by switching but one mistake can cause a future customer. They need better CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Order Pizza Hut !!

just so you guys know you have to pay for your Parmesan cheese packets at this location.. this privately owned domino’s is also way more expensive then the others they don’t honor the 6$ deals for pizzas and pizza is never ready on time your wait for pizza here will be 35mins to an hour.

Ordered online and they called to say delivery was going to be an hour and a half wait so, I decided to just pick it up instead. When I entered no one said anything to me then, when I said I was picking up an extremely rude woman came and said “here” you need to pay with attitude. I then asked about the charge on my account she said ” like I said on the phone, that will be put back into your account. She did not tell me anything like that when I spoke with her on the phone.This is the second time I’ve had issued with attitude. I will happily drive to the dominoes off Central from now on.

I ordered 2 pizzas & chicken wings and they did not give me the chicken wings. So I called then later & I asked for them to deliver the chicken wings to me & they refused. They said I would have to pay for that even though it was their fault. So then I asked for them to give me an extra 10 piece and they also refused. I spoke to the manager and she refused to accepted any accountability and she actually said that it was not their fault since they tried calling my phone after I left. Excuse me but yall still forgot to give me my wings & that is your job so it is your fault. I have ordered at other locations & they always hook me up with something free when they mess up but not here! And the manager doesn’t even care she has no empathy. I would advise everyone unless this is literally your only option for food to AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
