Rude and aggressive managers who are not only rude to customers they also bully their employees. How does this place think it’s OK to treat people in this manner. I also witnessed chicken being pick up off the floor after dropped and put with order instead of throwing it out and making a new order. Management needs to be fixed at this location. This location has Lost a few customers after the video of the crazy customer service and employee treatment went out.

I was a there a week ago my Oder was pepperoni with jalapeño & mushrooms with jalapeños they messed up my order and told me they would give me store credit for my 2 large pizza I called and spoke to the manager and suddenly they didn’t remember. But I have the transaction on my card a proof to show I was there . Bad customer service she raise her voice over the phone

The Manager was awesome for offering me a free five topping pizza after there was a glitch with the online order. When called to redeem it they were amazing because they did the pizza exactly the way I asked when it was said it couldn’t be done. So thank you for that today guys!

Very irritated with this store’s delivery service. This is the second time that I place an order and the order takes almost an hour to be delivered. The estimated delivery time said 15-25 minutes and at the 25 minute mark the order appears as delivered on the delivery tracker; however this is not true. After the order marked as delivered it still took an additional 30 minutes to receive my order. The pizza is no longer as fresh and crispy as expected. Whats more irritating is that when I call the store to complaint their excuse is, “ohh its because they deliver more than one order at a time, dont worry.”
