Make sure to check your order before leave, they forgot to give me the drink, I get noticed as soon a got home, I called the store and they said I’m going to have the credit with my phone number, when I come back and I asked for my drink they refused to give it to me and they said they need the receipt, because they don’t have the credit with my number.

I have ordered here more than once and from personal experience never get delivery. I have done this a couple of times and my food is always cold and they normally mark the order delivered when they have not delivered it. They mark it delivered to make a time frame then take another 20-30 minutes to deliver. Part of the reason the food is alway cold when they deliver. I only live 2 minutes away not sure why it take an hour or more for the food to be delivered.

If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars, I would!!! My wife placed a carry out order online and it said they’d have it ready in 7 minutes! It’s Friday night prime dinner time y’all, and they had it fresh and ready when we arrived. I walk through the door, and I got greeted and welcomed by every single person working there! What a refreshing feeling to have amazing customer service!!! They have an amazing staff and I recommend everyone to go visit!!! Can’t wait to return when I’m more awake and energized to match them.

Horrible service I called @11:40pm a woman answered exactly like this saying hello welcome to dominos we are closed how may I help you. But yet there store hours are until 12 it makes no since these I work long days and just wanted to order some pizza since I get off of work late. And I get this kind of customer service I will no longer be coming here hate the facts that this woman answered and said they are closed when they clearly have until 12 to close. Horrible service!!! I would order from here a lot and now I’m no longer going to come here!!

Customer service needs improvement if you want to keep your customers. Long hold time is not a good strategy in making customers happy and providing fast service. Called 4 separate occasions and everyone placed me hold and no one picked up for over 5 minutes. I thought I would have better luck hanging up and calling again but every time was the same thing and was in hold for over 5 minutes. Very disappointing. Called another pizza chain instead.
