Have ordered and enjoyed pizza from the Elsinore location many times the past few years. This time the pizzas and lasagna showed up burnt to the point you could smell it let alone see it. Called them to ask for a replacement and was told no or at best I would have to deliver it all back myself so they could “inspect” it themselves. The complete lack of customer service coupled with the attitude of “management” that I spoke with has cost Dominoes a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this is apparently the most I can do

Picked up pizza tonight from Domino’s over on lakeshore everybody there was super busy and they were still smiling, happy and laughing which is great to see, And the pizza was really good.

Been to this one a few times. Pizzas will almost always be missing something. Hot sauce on top, sausage, olives, ect. Only had one time where the order was 100% correct. It’s still Dominos, so you know the quality you’ll get, but the staff there don’t seem to care about getting the orders right.

I give this location zero stars (i had to give one or it wouldn’t post this) they always get the order wrong and they never answer their phone. I have never gotten a correct order from this location and anytime I have called to complain, no one ever answers the phone.

I have never had a good experience coming here, today’s visit, het again , the manager in charge, actually came outside, took her apron off and literally told me not come back here again in the parking lot. I will definitely report this to the corporate, she said to find a different restaurant to eat, I find this as prejudice and discrimination.
