This is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced from a frontline/cashier. Not a hello or thank you, in fact I had to do the approach and she still seemed bothered. The gal making the pizza however, did come out to greet and welcome me as I waited, she also did a good job making my pizza and stuffed cheesy bread ready on time, kudos to her! I had stopped going to this location like 3 years ago because of the service but decided to give it another try, sadly still not a friendly service overall.

They always give out extra pizzas to the people who are homeless or hungry and can’t afford a meal for the night. There are family’s who go hungry every night and this place actually shows they care enough not to let good food go to waist. I think that says a lot about this place. Thank you Domino’s Employees on orange and Perris blvd.

DO NOT ORDER – I placed an order at 7pm, with an ETA of 8:29pm. It is now 9:06pm and my food as still not arrived. I have been on the phone trying to contact the store for the last 15-minutes; no one answers the phone. I do not recommend ordering from this location AT ALL.

I have to call for them to put garlic on the hand tossed pizzas EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even though it’s an included ingredient and there’s still a 50/50 chance they won’t put it on. So even if you ask then to do their jobs correctly, they still might not. This has been going on for the last 3-4 years and I’m sick of the dominos in this location. I hope it keeps getting bad reviews so people can see what kind of rude and lazy people work here.

If I could I would put no stars the worse experience I ever had uncooked pizza and they didn’t even bothered cutting it right and very rude employees and before I ordered I called so many times they never answer your calls so I went ahead and ordered online estimate time on the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes waited an hour and while I was inside the store all I heard was the phones Ringing they didn’t bother answering don’t waste your time ordering here the worst!

On 12/10/22 i referred a friend to this dominos. I bragged about how good was the pizza. Well i was wrong the pizza was dry and burned. And the cookie was not cooked all the way. I called to let this place know and they hung up the phone. I will not be spending my money here no longer.
