MORE THAN AN HOUR for a small and medium , cheese pizza. They said it would only take 20 min. Horrible service. I walk in and they are all just taking their sweet time, no one is rushing to get the orders done, they are acting like no one ordered. Horrible. Never had a problem with any other stores only this one.

3 hours for 2 medium pizzas and 6 wings, I live 4 miles away. Ridiculous. Manager just said I’d be happy to cancel your order. 08 Oct 2022. At the 2 hour point I called she said yeah don’t follow the tracker it’s always false. But we will have it to you in about another hour or if you like I’ll cancel it. pathetic

Always handles my gf pizza with care (i have celiac’s and they have never cross contaminated my order—I can always tell lol) and the only location around here that knows how to proof dough for some reason…lol Manager and staff are so pleasant! But please… teach your other locations the most basics like how to proof and not burn everything (been a nightmare ANY time I’ve ordered anywhere but the Railroad Canyon location to be honest) and how NOT TO CONTAMINATE. It’s actually NOT hard if you’ve ever cleaned surfaces and change your gloves and aren’t sloppy with how you handle food. Just saying. Let’s get up to speed with my favorite (and only) location in the area! Thanks. ♥️

I have always loved Dominos, it’s been my go to fast food pizza place since I was little. They have only improved as the years have progressed, I especially love their sauce and the garlic crust… Also the deep dish, I’ve always been a fan of. Keep up the awesome work Domino’s. My fav. Pizza to get is a med. Or lrg hand tossed crust pineapple, pepperoni and extra cheese and extra sauce pizza! Never disappointed! 🙂

What a great experience, first time! Domino’s let me know my order was in the oven and would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes. We chose carry out and the pizzas were hot and ready when we arrived. The best part, they were done exactly to order and absolutely delicious! Thank you.

I love this store! The staff is friendly and they have great customer service. I have ordered plenty of different items over the last 2 1/2 years from this location and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. There are other pizza places around me, but I prefer my local Domino’s. Thank you for a job well done!

Once again, it took over 1 hour from the time the tracker said the driver left the store with my order to get to my house which is no more than 5 minutes down the road. And the tracker said it arrived and I should be enjoying it about 45 minutes prior to me even receiving it. When I called the store, they told me the delivery guy had 1 delivery prior to me. Only 1!! Pizza arrived barely warm and soggy. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. They take forever to deliver the pizza when they are literally down the street!! They tell me, “it’s a senior driver so he likes to take his time.” Unacceptable. Called 3 times and they were very rude like I was annoying them with the exception of the first girl I talked to who was very nice. The last person was a manager and gave me a refund when I asked but was still not very pleasant to deal with. Done with this store for sure.
