I ordered 60$ worth of pizza and wings yesterday, and it was easily the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. The pizza crust was so thin that there was literally no middle to the pizza (Check out the pictures). The small amount of crust that was on our pizza, was so thin it that it was barely there. The wings we received were soft and chewy (pictures also included). We ordered online and tried to report our issue online, but the only solution they would offer is 20% off our next order or 60 reward points towards a medium pizza (our pizza was a large brooklyn style, so this wouldn’t even cover half the cost). We then tried to call into the store to talk to the manager, but were placed on hold for over 15 minutes. We eventually just gave up and cut our losses. Don’t waste your time with this store, or maybe even Domino’s in general, when you have so many other options around.

Probably one of the worst Domino’s orders I’ve ever received. Cold pizza that wasn’t even cut. Save your money on the tatter tots cause mine were burned. If you use the Domino’s tracker it’ll say your pizza has been delivered, but 15 to 20 mins later is when the pizza will actually arrive at your home. Very friendly driver but with inflation I spent $40 on 1 cold medium pizza that wasn’t even cut, these tots and that were burned, and a 2 liter. Never again.

I ordered one large pizza with 5 toppings. After we back home, found this store only put 3 toppings on my pizza and changed the meat to sausage from chicken in my order. Not sure this store did this because I used coupon?! But definitely it is a bad experience.

Today I picked up an order and a guy who seemed to be the supervisor of the other was treating the other guy really disrespectfully. I’d never work in such a bad environment. All I experienced was this guy was trying his best to prepare the orders. But apparently the other had a bad day and treating him without any respect in front of customers.

I wish I could rate them into the negative. The pizza we got had a big hole or chunk missing from the middle of it. The hole was pretty obvious, so it could not have been a mistake or overlooked item. They don’t care about quality or decency. Don’t go here.

Pizza itself is good but NO GARLIC ON THE CRUST … AGAIN, every single time you have to ask them to put it on even though it says on the description “garlic buttery crust” never order delivery as it’s late and no garlic so pickup only so you can check and make them put it on

For the owner… 5th time ordering here so my review is based on that. Sat here couple times waiting for pizza and observed. Employee moral appears low, communicates in how they work and interact, greeting and service needs improvement, noise level of hood is high, they yell over each other and keep saying “what?…” dough quality good, overall pizza quality good, cheese and sauce spread good, vegetable toppings sparse. Will update review if anything improves over next 5 orders.
