When did they start adding so many fees!? Service fee, delivery fee(which doesn’t go to the driver), tax, tip… At the end of it everything costs at least double the price listed if not more. What a scam.

The manager Ceaser is SO RUDE! I was having issues with the app and he could care less to help me. He acted like I spoke to him before and that I have called with this same issue and scoffed at me. This was my first time calling and he literally acted like I was lying! Horrible customer service! Horrible customer service! Showed up at the end of the estimated order ready time, my order had not even made it to the assembly line. Couldn’t give me an estimate of when it would be ready. Cancelled the order and went to somewhere else.

Called the store check on the status of the order but Caesar, the manager, was too busy laughing at something his coworkers said to him while on the line. What a great way to tarnish one of the top pizza chains reputations.

Absolutely GARBAGE customer service!! I tried multiple times to order in the app and it kept saying I had to call. The attempts were showing up on my bank account as pending so I called the bank to see what was going on and they said they were approving the charge but dominos was sending it back. So i called the store for assistance. The person I spoke with said I had to either order over the phone (which I wouldn’t earn points on my dominos account for) or I had to use another card. I asked to speak to the manager to see if they would be willing to assist me and the person on the phone said they were the manager. COMPLETELY unwilling to help whatsoever. I would rather order from a different location than ever give this location another dollar. Not to mention, they had me on hold for 5 minutes immediately when I called and then came back on the phone for a second and said to hold lonwer. 10 minutes on hold?? Ridiculous
