I use to work for this franchise in la habra and in Anaheim hills and sadly I’m dissapointed my order #2201 Cindy who seems to be the manager according to other reviews is the who answered seemed nice but I ordered a medium pizza 32 piece parm bites and 8 piece wing about 30 min ago. I had asked for the pizza to be a lwell done along with the wings. I got the Got the food the pizza is kinda soft like she rushed it out of the oven. The wings look as if were like thrown half way in the oven through the opened the side vent u normally open to pop the bubbles on the pizza even though I asked for extra time in the oven. And I received 2 8 piece parm twist when I ordered a 32 piece park bite. The only thing that I can’t hate on is the smile and customer service of the delivery driver RAMZI great guy. For future I would not recommend ordering anytime Cindy is running the place. Over all my whole order was a disappointment not worth the 36 dollars I spent.

My pizza few months ago was not freash. It tasted like it was sitting there long time crust was hard. wings where not tastes. They have to improve the management of how they handle food. Re training the staff maybe .

dominos delivery guy was rude and disrespectful and did not make the effort to complete and deliver my order. I was short on making payment for the order and was mistreated and made to look like a fool for trying to make an alternate form of payment. I do not recommend their store for anything.

as an online regular it is disgusting to see how disgusting and unprofessional the store actually is. i redeemed my free pizza online and i was disgusted to see that there was a hair inside my cheese pizza. my brother saw that there was a hair and it just kept getting longer as he pulled it out. i didn’t mind that i had to drive down to the store, i’m more so confused and disappointed because i was receiving nasty attitude from who i assume is the supervisor. she was a short, plus-sized woman with tattoos on her wrists. the crew in the store does not follow BASIC hygiene standards. they aren’t wearing gloves or hairnets, and they go around touching keys and resume making pizzas without washing their hands. for the time being i will no longer be buying pizzas from here and i think no one should.

Don’t order from this dominos CINDY the manger is very rude seems like she has no idea on how to be a manger her team can’t get an order right. And her excuse is I’m very busy. She will also offer you a credit and never put it in the system. also the team she has will be laughing in the background while you make a complain. I had place an order at 7:29pm and called the store at 7:36pm. Talked to Cindy she told me she was the “store manager” and told me I couldn’t cancel my order. It’s only been 7 minutes since I place the order on the mobile app. She was so rude and kept telling me I couldn’t cancel the order. I called the corporate. People don’t order from this place until they have new professional trained crew.
