The online was great . Then I watched the time it got out of the oven . Then the driver gets here after two other deliveries. He said the box is hot ! There you go . The box was hot had to heat up everything. He also turned off that he was here when he was on a different building. I know because I let him in the gate . Why is the pizza not hot enough?

We ordered a 3 topping 2 medium pizzas. We forgot to add the third topping. We placed the order 3:58 PM on sunday. My wife called at 4:01 PM 3 minutes later to add a third topping and they said it was too late because the pizza was in the oven. I went over to the store at 4:11 pm and spoke to Clifton the manager and asked to a side of olives as a third topping. He said that he was unable to do that and the only topping he is able to provide is a side of jalapenos for an additional charge. I didn’t ask him to make new pizzas and I was requesting a side of olives to account for the 3rd topping. To me this is unreasonable and I told clifton that we literally called 2 minute’s after to add the topping and he was like “oh no it was 4 minutes and there is nothing I can do” very unprofessional and unreasonable. Will not be ordering from this dominos again.

Imagine you arrived to an office Pizza party about 2 hours late. The pizza taste like cardboard, right? So, we ordered our pizza delivered (paid $7 delivery and $5 tip, so I wasn’t cheap!) at 6:30pm last Saturday and it arrived @ 9:07 pm. Funny thing, they have an app and it shows the steps an order goes through. There is a quality check period after the pizza is out of the oven, and ours took 35 minutes. Then it went for delivery, where it sat in the guys car for more than an hour before he dropped it on our door steps.

I ordered my pizza online for take-out which was easy to do. The pizza was ready when I arrived. They didn’t offer packaged parmesan or red pepper flakes which I didn’t like. The pizza as very, very good! A large pepperoni, sausage, and bacon pizza. Friendly employees which I appreciate.

I worked in dominos store for more than 6 years and I know what each pizza should look like and how much typing should it have my local dominos clearly don’t put enough typing on the pizza the pizza looks bad because you don’t see enough typing on it it is clear they don’t care about quality and they try to cut on food cost

I really don’t appreciate the way this place runs business. I ordered a pizza, 15,20 minutes later the app tells me is been delivered. Its never done that before unless me food was in my hands. so i attempt to call the shop 3 or 4 separate attempts sometimes letting the phone ring for over 2 minutes straight. when someone finally answers he says they don’t answer the phone when they’re closed, I’ve been calling since 1143 i tell him and he says of well your number isn’t attached to the order. then gives me no apologies for his asinine behavior and is trying to rush me off the phone not the way to manage a business. ill gladly pay more for better quality and service.
