I called in cos I was given a regular hand tossed pizza instead of the Brooklyn style pizza,Kristen was super rude and kept talking over me the whole time…couldn’t even listen or even offer me a credit cause apparently I took too long to call it in..I understand that, but I shouldn’t be paying 26.99 for a reg style pizza lol vs a 16 dollar pizza based on their mistake. This is the second time it happens and based on Kristens attitude I won’t be ordering from you again!.

I ordered for a carry out order via the app and when I got home, I realized that they handed me the wrong pizza. I called them right away and when someone answered, they said I needed to text them an image of my pizza to prove I got the wrong one and they said they could re-deliver them to me. The girl who initially answered then passed the phone to the manager. I said the pizza I picked up was fine and if they could just refund me the difference because the pizza they handed me was a $10 pizza and then one I ordered was a $25 pizza. They said they’d have to charge me again for the wrong pizza before they could refund me and that the wrong pizza was $15 (it was a pepperoni pizza). After going back and forth with the manager this time, I said that it was fine. He stared being very facetious with me and I caved in and said they could deliver the new one, even though I live outside of their service map and I was tired of this back and forth that had gone on for about 15 min. When the new pizza was finally delivered, it was left in a puddle on my doorstep because it had been raining for the last couple days.

Pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the pizzas, pastas, tots, and sandwiches. Has been a long time since I ate from Dominos and we have now ordered delivery 4 times! Only reason for just 4 stars is that one delivery person left the food outside and left. No knock, no doorbell, nothing! Glad we noticed vehicle leaving or we might not have checked the porch. All in all, we are absolutely enjoying having Dominos!

This location is honestly one of the best Domino’s locations I’ve visited. The staff here really do care about their customers and they make that known from the moment you step in. I was greeted promptly and Anthony and Ricky were super nice, courteous and respectful despite it being near closing time. Food came out fast and accurate. Don’t believe the negative reviews here. I really appreciated their service and their efforts should definitely be recognized by their managing supervisor. Kudos to the team!

Problem with this Domino’s is that they’re frequently overflowed with orders do to their location in the center of downtown. They do their best and when they’re not overloaded, they’re very quick with your order!
