Not organized, a lot of costumers left due to long, long wait times. Food items were not organized when picking up. I went and asked three times if my order was ready and I was told that it would take 10min. Do not come if you want to wait for 1+ hours. I did order my food online before coming to pick up but was not ready even though I ordered 20-30min before picking up.

I ordered an 1/2 cheese and1/2 pepperoni pizza with extra cheese on the whole pizza and I think they got confused when they made it and put light cheese. I have been calling for over an hour and no one answers and on a couple calls it just got dropped after several rings. you can talk to someone to order but not to talk to them about the bad pizza.

They always have great coupons online for carryout and delivery. Always get the pizzas nice and hot and very delicious more so than other competitors. My recent visit was an amazing experience, the staff was just a man and a woman yet they handled business and were super kind and generous. I tipped them and went on my merry way. The pizza and lava cakes were super delicious more than ever as if they had magic hands or something. I don’t know what it was but I finished a large 5 topping pizza with my friend! I never do that so this was something special. Will come back on my next cheat day since I workout and don’t eat out much.

11/20/2021 Pasta delivered and both should be the same , one has all ingredients the other has cheese and sauce only , I called and was told they messed up and they wanted me to wait an hour and a half for redelivery or pick up myself after paying delivery fee. Manager was refusing a full refund customer service on the phone was ridiculous definitely lack proper phone etiquette towards customers. As if it was our mistake. District office should offer retraining to staff.

Made an online pickup order for a small pizza and cheesy bread. After returning home, I realized that i was given pasta in a small pizza box. Wanting my correct order, I returned to the store. The staff did not seem to want to believe me even though I returned with the pasta and my online order. It felt like they thought I was trying to trick them. They reluctantly took the pasta from me and gave me a small pizza. This took entirely too long to resolve and was a huge inconvenience. Considering how many options there are for pizza, I will not be ordering from this location ever again.
