The customer service at the Dominos on Milpas St in Santa Barbara is amazing. I called 30 min before the store even opened and the Manager Jay/James answered the call and took my order because I was so worried about getting the pizzas in time for my sons birthday party. Even though they were short staffed, he placed my order for 10 pizzas early and had it to my door right on time at 11am on a Holiday weekend. Excellent pizza quality and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend and am a very happy customer!

PIzzas from this store always ready, correct, and delicious, EXCEPT, we always order our thin crust pizza cut to slices and almost every time, it comes cut in squares. Don’t know how to get this fixed other than by reviews. C’mon, guys!

Domino’s on Milpas is my favorite Domino’s location in town. The employee’s here give great service & always make our pizzas exactly the way we ordered it. My son & I typically get the 2 Medium 2 Toppings Pick Up Special. My son orders his pizza with traditional crush Pep & another topping (depending on what he is in the mood for). I order my pizza with Thin Crust & select the two topping I’m in the mood for. Domino’s 2 Medium 2 Topping Pizza Pies Pick Up Special is our favorite because we both get our pizzas custom made to our liking.

Twice I’ve ordered from the location their website generated being closest to my house. (live behind the mission) 50 mins go by. 60 mins. .. called to find out where order was, they had cancelled it and “tried calling”…they don’t deliver here.. the tracker said my pizza was in the oven..on its way…..I never received a call otherwise. They transferred my order to the other store…90 mins later..at 2 hours I finally cancelled my order….the manager was rude, unapologetic and did nothing to correct the situation other they say “we tried calling”, no voice mail, no cancellation email.
