The thin crust is burned on one side (1/2 the pie). They ONLY cut is in squares, they REFUSE to cut it in pie cut. (Ordered a number of times, always requested, never done. Pretty skimpy on the toppings!

Waited about an hour to get my pizza est time said 37 minutes I waited 45 and then went to the restaurant and the 3 guys were so backed up they hadn’t started making my pizza. This isn’t their fault and they were working as hard as they could. To the franchisee store manager whatever: You need to hire more people so you can actually deal with a holiday weekend rush that you knew you were going to have.

Absolutely horrible. I paid almost $50 for a pizza, garlic knots, and two sides of ranch to be delivered (with a $5.00 tip). The site claimed there are no hidden fees, but when I was checking out, I noticed the $5.00+ delivery fee. After the food was delivered I realized we did not receive the sides of ranch that I paid for. When I called the store, I was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I did not receive, but I could wait 30 minutes for the driver to bring me the sides of ranch. The person I spoke with was horribly rude, and unprofessional. Not only was this a huge disappointment, but the taste of our food was even more disappointing. After this experience, I will never order anything from Domino’s Pizza again.

Waited over a hour and a half for a pizza that was ready an hour ago. the pizza is luke warm and not even cut all the way through. It was supposed to take 21-31 minutes. I called to complain and got nothing. Just a “welp, you got your pizza, there is nothing I can do.” TERRIBLE customer service. For a company that should have offered the bare minimum. It was just awkward silence on the phone. Super disappointed.
