I ordered online and the delivery wasn’t that long and the pasta and sandwich was hot & delicious. The delivery man nice and like I said the pasta was hot and delicious. I had sub par experience at this Dominos tonight. I ordered online like I usually do for pickup and drove to the store expecting my order to be ready when I got there. When I got there only confusion occurred and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes extra time while probably 7-8 people came in after and picked up their food as they got there. In the end I wouldn’t have been too upset except for the fact that the employee’s didn’t have any thing provide me for this delay in service which I expect if I am waiting this long to receive the product when it was promised as I arrived. Making it right for the customer should be a high priority and it really makes me question whether I want to continue to go here or go somewhere else for my pizza cravings. Also the pizza I received was pretty subpar in terms of the quality as you can see in the image below.

It makes no sense to me why this Domino’s take my money and not deliver all of the paid for food. I even give great tips. I called and notifed them of the missing items. They never delivered and said we tried to contact you when we went to take the missing items. Oh yeah? Why not call my number you called when delivering the first time? Why not drop off the missing items? No call no email no response. Theft is exactly what this is.
