Our pizzas were burned and had no sauce. What the heck!! You guys are not good at your job either retrain or fire some people who don’t care about their job anymore. We wasted all that money for want to throw away. Either make us better pizzas or return our money.

This was my $42.00 pizza! Called for a replacement and a hour later still no pizza… they said they could have a new out for a third time in 45 minutes, Which would make it 2 1/2 hours after my original order. They refused to refund my money

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and when I got home and opened the box, there was a nasty stuff in it, I thought it was chewing gum but I touched and smelled it, it made me nauseous . It was spoiled ham that smell disgusting. I went back and talked to the manager Petra, which seems not to really care about it. I told her to make sure to check their products before putting it on the pizzas. Or to check the expiration date for their products. I was really upset and disappointed. I don’t think I can eat a pizza any time soon.

Worst experience ever! . Whatever happened to being able to call your local Dominos? Now they send you to a central call center somewhere on the planet and after 40 minutes on the phone, and a charge on my card, I never received my 2 medium pizzas.

Getting chicken on your pizza, they are cheap. I could not see any chicken. On 1 pizza I ordered extra chicken. Maybe 1 piece of chicken on a slice. Ridiculous.

I wasn’t happy with my order, when I called to tell them they told me that there was nothing wrong with my order and that I’m not allowed to order from them ever again. What happened to customer service? The manager was about as rude as you can be. I definitely didn’t plan on ordering from them again anyways

I have gotten quite a few pizzas here. There always good. As lthough the last time, they were under staffed. There were two of us that came in at the same time. Both of our apps said the same thing, “prepping”. We waited almost 40 mins for the pizza. We both would of been upset with the manager, but she was doing her best to get orders out, and was very apologetic. So I still go to this place.

Pizza was good but this was the second time that I’ve ordered from this Domino’s because Domino’s on Chester Ave was closed, and they got my order wrong. I can see if it was my mistake by not paying attention and ordering my pizza online but I actually spoke to one of their employees and he took my order. I ordered two medium, two topping pizza’s , pepperoni and ham on both, now tell me how hard is that? With that in mind can you tell me how do you get pepperoni and pineapple? They told me that I would get a free pizza next time, so we will see if that happens. Anyways check your order if you order pizza from this location.
