So I had to post because I believe in buyer beware. I hate ordering for delivery from her because it takes them to long to find my home. Even though I’m 10 minutes away. I hate ordering online cause their website glitches. But calling it in takes forever. So I tried doing it online the order was for 2 pepperoni pizzas I picked it up. My bad I should have checked it. But I trusted them . I got home and it was one burnt cheese pizza and 1 regular cheese pizza. I called to let them know . Didn’t want freebies but maybe told I’m sorry how can we try and fix this for you. . But no I was told you ordered on line it’s your fault and nothing we can do. Just bad on top of bad. People do not take any pride in their work. Whoever owns this franchise and the management needs to change things up and teach better customer service to their employees. Or your business will fail. I can truly say I will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere. And the cherry on the top was I tipped them in cash so sad

My sister, who can’t drive due to a disability, tried to order a pizza from Domino’s for delivery. She was told since she didn’t have a cellphone, they couldn’t make a delivery! Pizza delivery has been around longer then cellphones. Unfortunately discrimination against people with disabilities has been around along time too.

Found hair in my pizza looked like it came from a beard and called the store a couple of times with no answer. That hair had to come from one of the workers in the back non of them have beard or hair nets. Another time I ordered from the app said it was being delivered a whole hour passed and nothing called the store they actually picked up this time and they were barely making my order and waited another 40 minutes for it to arrive this store is horrible.

If I could, I’d put 0 stars. Csr was laughing the whole time I was explaining how my pizza was burnt and the chicken Alfredo literally had no chicken! They tried to lie saying they don’t do refunds but my husband use to work there so he knows the policy. Won’t be ordering there anytime soon… such a shame

Can you give a negative star that I’ve never done. Do we really have to order from India from people who have never tasted the food? This was the worst place I’ve ever had. I did tip the driver because I knew he didn’t make it.

For about six years I’ve been a loyal customer at this location, and until about a year ago the customer service and food quality was amazing. It seems that after employees were merged over from the closed Vandenberg Village Location, this place has really gone to the dogs The pizza quality is now hit-and-miss while the counter staff seems aloof and sometimes even unprofessional. Normally, I opt for in-store pick-up and can say that store cleanliness has deteriorated with the counter and work areas nearly always a mess. One can only hope that food safety and sanitation practices haven’t followed a similar trend. I swear sometimes that this store is a sign from God telling me to eat healthier.
